Damien's POV.

Today is the day I finally make Charlotte mine, even though I won't be proposing to her I will make her mine. I will make her promise to be mine just like I will always be hers.

I put a card in every room for her to follow in order to find me. I may not be a romantic guy but for her, I would try to be anything she wants me to be. As long as she doesn't sing Carson's praises.

God knows I don't love charlotte but she's the only one that can steal my heart, even though it's broken. I have a heart condition and I may not have enough time but that doesn't mean I can't enjoy my few years with charlotte.

"Babe where the hell are you?" she asked speaking through one of the speakers in the room.

I connected my phone to each room and I could hear everything she said, but I didn't reply to her question, I just laughed at her.

"I can hear that ugly laugh of yours Damien knight." She said, angry at me.

she always said she loves my laugh even though I don't know why? maybe its because I never actually laugh.

"Just follow the cards Mia Bella, and do me a favor and stop lying we both know you love my laugh." I could see through the hidden cameras in the room that she just rolled her eyes at me.

She was so adorable reading the cards If only I didn't love my gang maybe I would settle down for her.

"Go to the next room which you first told Damien you love him!" She read so loud almost shouting and then started laughing. "Idiot why didn't you just say yourself rather than Damien." she added annoyed.

When I was making those cards I seriously wanted to say me but I couldn't just in case she loved another guy. But I can't tell her that just in case I remain her about her past.

"Wait, When did I ever tell you I love you." She asked laughing. She is lying again. "I remember saying I hate you so instead of looking for the love room, I will look for the hate room."

"Stop fixing your dress and hurry the fuck up char or I am going to leave." I said without thinking. Damn, I exposed myself.

I saw the panic in her eyes. She looked everywhere for the camera's I was watching her from. But what she doesn't know is that I also have hidden cameras in each room.

"Your pervert! You were watching me when I was dressing also. I will kill you, Knight!" She said as she took one of her heels off and saw one camera.

Oh no, I hope she's not going to do what I think she will.

"Char plea--" I didn't even talk finish and she already broke one of my cameras. Thank god there are five more hidden cameras left in that room.

"Now will you get a new camera to watch me babe?" she asked sarcastically.

Thank god I never told her about the hidden cameras.

"You will pay for that charlotte, and that's a promise." I never usually say her name fully but when I do she knows that I will punish her.

"Listen to this stupid clue you wrote for me. It says I have to go to my favorite place in the house, but I'm already at my favorite place in the house!" she said annoyed rolling her eyes.

"Fine then! Just go to your second favorite place, quickly." I haven't finished talking and I could see that she was already out of the room.

I watched her as she went downstairs and I could see she was taking all the shortest cut just to get to the garden.

As soon as I knew she was getting close I quickly switched my phone off and put it in my pocket. I didn't want her thinking I always watch her when she's in my house even though I usually do I don't want her thinking I don't trust her.

She came at the back of me taking me by surprise, she jumped on me giving me a hug from the back. I knew from that moment it was time to play her.

"Pervert!" she exclaimed angrily as I turned around and she gave me a punch and I fell on the ground.

"Damien." She quickly said my name. "Get up asshole, stop acting." She panicked. She kicked me and I almost thought she caught me.

Almost!!!

"Damien, are you okay?" I could hear she was so worried she quickly sat down on the grass as she turned me around, putting my head on her lap, and I almost laughed as I felt her breath. "I'm so sorry Damien. I can't believe I forgot about your heart condition, please don't leave me. Wake up Damien please." I could hear how worried she was, I can't believe how she will react when she hears my heart is getting worse. "I'll do anything Damien, anything just to see you open your eyes again. Please I'm sorry I love you, please Damien don't leave me." she said as I felt her tears fell on me.

Fuck, I can't believe I made her cry.

"Anything char? Promise?" I asked opening my one of my eyes.

"Yes, I promise. Wait are you playing me ?" She asked me as she took my head off her lap and tried getting up but I caught her leg.

I looked up to her, and I could see that she was in fact crying. Her face impression was something I never wish to see again.

Is she seriously this scared to lose me. I hope she won't be angry when she finds out about my illegal jobs.

"Let me go, Damien. You played me!" She said as tears dropped from her eyes.

"You said you promised to do anything, now let's start with you keeping that promise." I said giving her a devilish smirk.

"Fine! Tell me the truth, was the pain real?" She asked me as she helped me get up.

I can't lie to her so I changed the subject.

"It's going to take more than just your heavy body to kill me, char." I stared at her smiling.

"I'm not heavy." She raised an eyebrow.

"Char, you heavier then you think." I replied laughing. I know she isn't heavy but I just wanted to make her angry.

"Fuck you." She folds her arms across her chest.

"Your wish is my command." I said getting closer to her with a smirk on my face.

"I'll smack that smirk off your face if you dare take one more step." she said threatening me and then quickly added. "I hate you, Damien."I started laughing

"You don't char! after all, you begged me to open my eyes. Please Damien please open your eyes." I said mimicking her. She turned around away from me and I kneeled down taking the ring out of my pocket and then "Mia Bella, please turn around."

"What do--" She stopped talking as soon as she turned around and saw me with kneeling with one knee and holding a ring. She was shocked, her mouth was wide open but she didn't know what to say.
