Auto cultivation system in anime verse

a guy from earth dies and meets god . he reincarnates into one piece world with auto cultivation system and 10x exp buff . well mc is going to be weak but he will get stronger at insane pace . he will join the marines and will live life doing whatever he wants and slaying pirates for exp . he wont have pirates chasing him around with the backing of marines and the world government. mc will not try to become enemies with world govt at first but will eventually have to destroy them .
