One last raid

"Damn Oliver Peddleton, he got lucky that time with that shadow power of his but if he didn't summon it I would've had him and that girl's head on display just to show everyone that no one can stop Grin Scurvy." I said to myself, let me explain what happened after Oliver had me flying through two walls and landing outside the school, after I landed on the ground Oliver and his band of misfits never came to finish me off so some of thugs managed to take me back to base, my wound were terrible but luckily we managed to kidnap a well-known surgeon to heal me up, turns out one punch from that damn monster fractured my ribs and caused internal bleeding in my gut but I'm still alive and with these stimulants I feel like my old self.
A knock sounded at my door, "Sir the bounty hunter you requested is here." One of my thugs said, "Bring him in!" I yelled to him, The bounty hunter walked in, he was fitted like a modern cowboy, his face looked really young... maybe it was his genes? "Welcome, Welcome, want anything to drink, we got Whiskey, Wine, Vodka-" I began to say before he interrupted me, "No thanks." The bounty stated, "hmm, well then lets cut the bull, I want to hire you to hunt a specific person and you look like the right man for the job." I said to him, "Firstly what do I call you?" I said asking for his name, "uh... Six Shot." He said probably thinking of a random name to say, "Alright Six Shot, I want you to kill Oliver Peddleton and maybe down the line the girl that he's always with too." I requested of him, "How much you paying exactly?" Six Shot asked me, "Only a small sum of $500,000." I said hoping he would take the bounty, "Sure I'll do it for $500,000." Six Shot said to me, "good, now scram so I can think about some supervillain style plans." I said while waving my hand for him to go away, he walked off probably going to find Oliver immediately.
"Lets see, I'm not required to report back to Father until January so I can have some fun until January arrives." I was speaking to myself, "Now lets see what should I do, burn down a orphanage, blow up a hospital, maybe find the school girl Oliver is with and murder her, hang her body in the middle of town just so I can break Oliver even more, man I'm just a good idea machine but I can only pick one." I continued to talk to myself, "maybe-" suddenly I was interrupted by a ad on the tv, "Visit the Rochester Tower for a special family deal on our New years celebration-" The Ad said giving me a perfect idea, "I got it, I'll hold everyone there hostage with my gang on new year's eve and every minute those false heroes don't show up someone gets killed, its perfect!" I said to myself, "We're gonna need guns, explosives and a army to raid the tower." I continued to say, "Looks like it's time to announce it to my gang." I said as I walked out of my room.
We were located in a abandoned underground disco floor for the time being since those damn heroes decided to raid my original HQ at the river district, I stepped onto a walkway where everyone could see me and began my announcement.
"Everyone, everyone I got a very very special announcement to make." I said trying to round up all my thugs into a single area, "Perfect, now then... we are going on one more raid just to show who we are to the city, no no no the whole entire world!!!" I yelled out to everyone, "We are heading over to Rochester Tower on new years eve and holding everyone there hostage but we need guns, explosives, traps and an entire army if we're gonna do this so everyone contribute to the plan and help little ol' me out." I continued to announce, "Grin, Grin, Grin!" Everyone began to chant out my name, I loved it, this plan is so perfect, its only four heroes against a whole army in a observation tower they stand no chance at all, I will claim my victory in this battle and finally rid the world of its last four remaining heroes, everything will go according to plan.
