Chapter 6 Get Stronger

I stepped through the portal and came out the other side, the first thing I noticed was the the refreshing feeling the air gave me, I also felt slightly energetic, that could also be because I just went through a crazy evolution. The Sky was blue just like earth, the ground was wet and soggy, oh wait that's just my shoes. I took them off because they were soaked with sweat, now I had only my trousers on and I feel cold. soon the rest started coming out of the portal. we looked around but there was no one in this area, but a few meters ahead of us was a beautiful tall church like building, on both the right and left side of the building there were four guards, two down the stairs and two up the stairs guarding the double doors that lead inside the building. They wore white robes with an insignia of a golden lion head of their chests. they had a cloth tied around their mouth allowing only from the bridge of their nose and eyes upwards to be seen. The guardian that helped us through the portal stood in front of us, there was about a hundred of us that went through the portal with him some were crying others were worried about being in an unknown place. I mean the place looks almost exactly like earth with a few exceptions.

"get a hold of your selves," he said in a deep voice "life as you once knew it is over, you're no longer on earth. you are on planet Krad. Named after the great shadow dragon Krad." he waited a few seconds to let what he just said sink in.

"this is the planet you will live in until the earth's recalibration is done.... at least for now. now ask anything you want of me before we get inside"

he stared down at us and I mean that literally, this guy is at least seven feet tall, not to talk about the freaking armour damn. I looked up and asked the question that was probably on everyone's mind.

"what about our families?, how are we going to meet with them?" I asked.

"if your family is here then you will hopefully meet them if not then they might be on another planet." he answered. But then a girl asked with a worried expression, "isn't there a way to send me to my sister, uhm to the planet she might be on"

"y,yeah we need to get back to our families." another man said. But this seemed to have angered the purple armoured man, although we couldn't exactly tell because of the helmet on his head, what we did know was that his presence suddenly felt different.

"listen there are almost eight billion humans leaving earth, don't you think everyone wants to meet with their families, do you think we have the luxury of time to spend giving families a happy reunion? there are more important things the guardians have to do. all you should worry about now is getting stronger, this is not earth. If you think you faced hardship on earth it is nothing compared to what will happen to you on this planet of you remain weak. Use your systems well, only a few other planets have people with systems, it's a cheat code given to you to evolve faster. Some beings even evolve beyond those that have the help of systems. that's all. Now if there will be no more questions, come with me."
