Holy Dragon Sect's Ambition

Xiu Luo knows that his request is excessive and Elder Jin can't able to fullful it without Clan head permission so he apologised to Elder Jin for making him uncomfortable and turn back to walk away but was stopped by the Elder.

"Wait..." Elder Jin spoke in a loud voice and Xiu Luo stopped his footsteps and the elder came to him.

"Take this." Elder Jin brought out a scroll and gave it to Xiu Luo.

"Elder this..." Xiu Luo hesitated to take the scroll because he doesn't want the elder in uncomfortable position.

"You should cherish the opportunity when you get." Elder Jin said as he inserted the scroll in Xiu Luo storage bag not giviny any chance to Xiu Luo to reject.

"Elder I will be grateful to you." Xiu Luo bowed to the elder and then faced the Zhu Clan entrance.

"Thanks for your generosity." Xiu Luo said as he bowed again towards Zhu Clan because he could guess who told Elder Jin to give him a scroll and that is none other than Patriarch Zhu.

'Did this fellow sense the Patriarch, hmm no he should have guessed it' first Elder Jin looked at Xiu Luo with disbelief as the latter bowed toward Zhu Clan thinking that the Xiu Luo had sensed the Patriarch because Patriarch had given him order to give the scroll of refining method to Xiu Luo. Then he thought that the latter had guessed with his quick wits.

"Xiu Luo you got the scroll but how will you see the content." Elder Jin said with concern because the Xiu Luo is blind and its impossible for him to learn.

"Elder every one has secrets and I am no exception. Xiu Luo replied with a genual smile. 

"Haa... alright take care." Elder Jin didn't probe any further when the latter said that. If there is somone else they would have interrogated Xiu Luo but Elder Jin didn't do that.

"Goodbye Elder." Xiu Luo said turning back and walked away. And this time no one stopped him and Elder Jin just silently watched him walking away.

Then Elder Jin flew in the sky and came to a man and that is none other than Patriarch Zhu. He listened the whole conversation between Elder Jin and Xiu Luo and he is the one gave the order to pass the scroll of weapon refinement to Xiu Luo. 

"Patriarch did you took a liking to that kid." Elder Jin asked the patriarch. From where they are standing they could see a small figure walking and that is none other Xiu Luo. 

"I could say the same to you elder Jin." Patriarch Zhu chuckled and replied with jokingly.

"Well that kid is quick at judgement, decisive and has helping nature and nowadays very few people will be seen with these character." Elder Jin replied praising Xiu Luo.

"Elder Jin that kid is nothing but a teenage do you think a teenage boy should be this quick with judgements. And he look cunning to me." Patriarch Zhu said watching Xiu Luo. 

"Well there are some exceptions." Elder Jin said.

"Patriarch what do you think about Xiu Luo's eyes, do you think he is lying about his eyesight." Elder Jin asked the patriarch because he doubted when Xiu Luo said he has a secret.

"No I had diagnosed his eyes when he fainted, he had lost his eyesight and with my power also I didn't able to find the cause of his lost eyesight." Patriarch Zhu explained that Xiu Luo didn't lie. 

"Patriarch is Xiu Luo innately blind." Elder Jin asked because if you looses eyesight, with spiritual essense and medicines it could be cured but if you are born as blind it will be difficult other than transplantion of eyes.

"No he lost his eyesight, and maybe the secret he is talking about is that one." Patriarch said as he connected the doubts with the secret Xiu Luo just talk about.

"Hmm" Elder Jin also nodded with Patriarch Zhu.

"Elder Jin, Xiu Luo told something to you do you know what that means." Patriarch asked as he faced Elder Jin. 

"It is good to be cautious from hidden arrows than the open spears. He is telling we should be vary of the spies and hidden enemy." Elder Jin replied to Patriarch as he is doubting why the patriarch is asking this.

"Elder Jin you are half correct, what that boy mean is we should be vary of eight immortal sect." Patriarch Zhu told as he look in the direction of Xiu Luo.

"This, patriarch I didn't get what you are saying." Elder Jin got confused why the patriarch is saying like this.

"It means that if the heavenly demon sect attack, the eight immortal sects may not come for aid and it may be the best opportunity for them to eliminate our Zhu clan who is on par with the eight immortal sects or the eight immortal sect may jointly attack our Zhu clan." Patriarch Zhu said wlile laughing. Hearing this Elder Jin expression changed and there is shock because he can't even think of these possibilities.

"Patriarch, Xiu Luo is just a kid I think he just said something jokingly." Elder Jin said to Patriarch because he doesn't want to believe that eight immortal sects would do something like this.

"Elder Jin you have always thought about Zhu clan so you should think about every possibility, it doesn't matter whether Xiu Luo is joking or not because his advise is very useful." Patriarch Zhu said in a deep voice.

"Yes Patriarch." Elder Jin replied with a bow.

"Elder Jin did you hear the news about Heavenly Bloodline girl." Patriarch Zhu asked Elder Jin with a serious tone.

"Patriarch I heard that her name is Li Ningxue and what type of Heavenly Bloodline is I didn't able to find out." Elder Jin replied. And Patriarch Zhu didn't know that Li Ningxue is the girl why Xiu Luo had rejected his baby daughter.

"Cheng Hui has a ambition of uniting the eastern region under his name and with Heavenly Bloodline constitute I think he will take action." Patriarch Zhu said. And Elder Jin understand what the patriarch is telling. Cheng Hui is the sect master of Holy Dragon Sect and his strength is on par with the Patriarch Zhu and other immortal sect masters.

"Patriarch what do you think about the unified eastern region." Elder Jin asked with concern because one day they have to think about it when the time comes.

"If there is uproar in eastern region, the first target of all immortal sects will be our Zhu clan, either they want our support or they want to destroy us. What do you think we should do elder Jin?" Patriarch Zhu asked a question back to Elder Jin.

"It would be good if Zhu Clan join any one of the immortal sect." Elder Jin replied without hesitation.

"Let it be we will think about this matter when the time comes." Patriarch Zhu replied.

"Patriarch I think we should let Xiu Luo join our clan." Elder Jin said to the Patriarch but the latter smiled as he looked in the direction of where Xiu Luo is going. 

"He told he want to roam the world." Patriarch Zhu replied.

Elder Jin understood that the Patriarch had alredy asked Xiu Luo and the latter had rejected.

"Patriarch I have one more thing to say." Elder Jin bowed facing Patriarch Zhu. 

"Hmm..." Patriarch Zhu looked at Elder Jin because he asked permission to say something so the matter may be serious.

"Patriarch I think we should let young miss to see the outside world." Elder Jin said with some hesitation because with Patriarch Zhu character he won't let his baby daughter take any risk.

"Alright, I will talk with Jia'er." Patriarch Zhu agreed which is beyond Elder Jin expectation.

"Elder Jin I am going under seclusion until then take care of clan and Jia'er." Patriarch Zhu said and then left.

And only Elder Jin was left and he continued watching Xiu Luo. "How much spiritual qi does he have to continuously using spiritual sense." Elder Jin muttered looking at Xiu Luo. Elder Jin cultivation is profound and he could see Xiu Luo using spiritual sense method to his need.
