A Dragon???

What Noiren did not know was that the knight's blood still clung in his teeth.. and with his vampiric fangs.. and taking the previous scene in consideration, the young girl was completely terrified of him and thus, she promptly fainted on the spot.

He was surprised as he observed her unconscious body. He tilts his head.

"Uhhh... you ok?" he asked and repeated the same question when she did not respond and after a while he finally realized she have fainted by listening to her heart beat and breathing. And after finding that out he felt a bit, offended.

"Am I that ugl-... OH!" he grumbled and touch his face in question only to accidentally touch something wet somewhere near his lips and realized it was blood. 'That's why she fainted' he nodded to himself.

"well... I cant leave you here after all that commotion" he said as he looked around.. after thinking for a while his eyes landed back on the young lady and a dark thought popped in his mind 'Should I just kill her?... I mean, she saw what I'm capable of..' silent for a moment he then shook his head and rejected the idea.

'I'm a vampire... not a monster..' he thought. "And I'm not killing anyone innocent... without a strong reason at least.." he thought before looking down and hesitating... after a bit more silence he once again sigh and grab the young lady and carefully carried her in a princess carry.

And after making sure everything is set he started sprinting with the young lady in his arm. And with the buff of his blessing, it was of no problem. 

He made sure to spread his sense out not far enough to cause him pain but enough to feel its burden.. and as for the rest of the area out of his current range limit he would just use the [Echo] to keep an eye on them without affecting him as much. 

The jungle was silent and empty but with his sense he knows that that was not the case. The jungle's soil was sprawling with tiny life, hunting anything that they could. He also picked up a traced of the iron hound roaming around the forest as well. Some tracts and evidence suggested that they were heading to their previous area. Knowing what would have happened, he sighed in relief.

The night in the forest was dark.. too dark even. A normal human would not be able to to see properly in here even with a lit torch in hand. But for Noiren? he could see just fine.. allowing him to avoid rocks, trees, and other obstacle while running at the speed of a trained sprinter athlete like it was a normal running.

He jumped and turned, avoiding the obstacle and smoothly and quickly run across the dark jungle with ease. And the dense jungle was slowly turning less denser and less... crowded.. and soon, Noiren started slowing down into a jog and started looking around for a place to spend where he could leave the lady. 

And at that moment he realized that her breathing has shifted.. and her heartbeat was a bit faster than it was earlier.

".....I know you're awake" he said out loud with a exasperated tone which made the lady in her arm flinched and slowly opened her eyes.

"H-...Hello there..." the lady said with a shaky voice. Noiren looked at her, her emerald eyes shining faintly in the dark night. She have an embarrassed looked on her face as if she got caught doing something shameful. He sighed and turned his attention back in front of him, still searching for a possible place to stay..

And with that a torturous awkwardness lasted for a while as Noiren pretty much ignored her existence and focus solely in surveying their surrounding.

Eleanor woke up she almost jumped away in fear.. as she remembered the last momenta before she passed out..

Opening her eyes slightly she realized that it was too dark to see who was carrying her.. though she have a slight idea.. and fear once again started crawling up her heart.. Doing her best to calm down she started thinking about the bright side.

'I woke up... alive... does that mean this guy is a good? But h-he..' she recalled the moment where the man carrying her pretty much bite off a chunk of a humans neck earlier and drank it blood... 'Is he a monster or not???' she asked.

"...I know you're awake" A cold voice suddenly spoke.. directed at her making her flinch from surprise. 

As she slowly opened her eyes, searching for the source of the voice, she found nothing but impenetrable darkness. Only a faint silhouette of a man was discernible against the inky blackness. The moon, shrouded behind a thick blanket of clouds, failed to cast its usual glow, yet a feeble trickle of moonlight managed to filter through, just enough to outline the mysterious figure before her.

'Shit!.. uhh... what should I say?' she exclaimed in her mind. As scared as she was she did her best to hide it and not panic since he doesn't seems to be planning on killing her.. at least for now. 'If he really wanted to kill me I would be dead already and I wouldn't have woken up in the first place.'

"H-...Hello there..." she finally muttered out... waiting for his reply in anticipation.. only for her to be left in heard.. she felt the feeling of being looked at for a moment before she heard an audible exhale.

'he left me on heard.... ' she felt her face start to burn from embarrassment and wanted to bury her head into the ground. But she didn't pursue it any more and just endured the awkward atmosphere and waited for what the man was planning. 

Soon she felt their speed slowing down.

After a few more moment she felt him stopping completely and letting her get down from his arms carefully. 'Come to think of it, we-HE have been running in that speed for so long.. how was it that he doesn't even look and seems tired?' she suddenly realized.. but she dared not to asked of it and instead kept quiet and tried to look around.

And as she have expected she couldn't really that far.. maybe around 5 ft away is her range? and the rest are just indiscernible shadowy silhouette... 'wait.. I can see more now!' she exclaimed and looked up only to see the clouds were thinner, letting more moonlight pass through, there were also lesser trees around here... she turned around and look at the man who have carried her here.

He was wearing a dark cloth, 'a black trench coat maybe?' she guessed, 'and a black pants too'..

His hair also seems to blend with the darkness completely emphasizing his pale white skin.. His stature doesn't seems to be from someone who fights.. but she just witness that same stature of his fight off 2 experience fighters and win.. and his-..

'His eyes.....!!???' she couldn't believe what she was seeing.. he... he have a golden eyes...

Trembling she quickly dropped down on her knees and kowtow without a warning. And slow spoke with reverence as if she doesn't want to say it wrong.

"I present my self to the Lord" she said not daring to raised her head or even make eye contact.. "THIS HALF-BLOOD DEEPLY APOLOGIZE FOR HER MISTAKE!"

'I CANT BELIEVE I MADE HIM CARRY ME ALL THE WAY HERE!!!' Deep inside, she was shivering in fear as if she just committed treason against her own creator. She also felt deeply ashamed to the point she wanted to kill herself, she also felt fear as to what he would do.. 'Maybe that's why he sounded so angry and cold earlier????' she thought and she felt even more fear. 

While she was experiencing an emotional melt down the one who was the source of this looked at her with a confused and lost look. 

"What?" he asked out loud as his twisted in a form of utter confusion.

'Maybe he wants me to repeat it to remind me what I did?' she thought 

"PLEASE FORGIVE ME, OH LORD, MIGHTY DRAGO-!" she replied with a genuine loud shout but was quickly cut short by a hand covering her mouth.

"Shhh!! shut the fuck up moron!" he said while his hands covered her mouth, his face twisted in frustration and... anger? 

'This is it... after a millennia of waiting for their return.. I fuck up the very first impression of my race... I guess he's going to rip my heads off now' she thought as she surrendered completely and waited for the pain to come..

'....???...' after waiting for nothing came, making her completely confused. But she still doesn't dare to look at him, keeping her head low and her mouth quiet as he ordered her to.

Noiren meanwhile was even more confused. He have the face of someone who entered a room only to forget what he came for.. 'A DRAGON????????'
