Chapter 22 Bullying Claude

After a few minutes of being a baby back bitch in Luna arms. I finally calmed down.

Fuck, that's embarassing.

"Phew, well, let's get back to work. How do you feel about committing a little mass murder, Luna?" I asked.

"Sounds like fun, what do you want me to do?"

I picked up the guy lying dead on my bedroom floor. That I had completely forgotten about until now.

"The Red Rocket information guild. They sent this guy. Think you can kill them all without getting caught?"

I asked while I wrapped this dude's body in a blanket and put him in my dimensional storage. It can't hold organic things that are still alive, but it works perfectly to hide dead bodies. A little trick I had picked up over the years.

"No problem, how many people?" Luna easily agreed to my proposal.

I thought about it for a moment.

"I don't know the exact amount, but Red Rocket is only a medium sized guild, so probably less than 100 total, they only have one location so it should only take you like an hour."

She scoffed.

"You think it'll take ME an hour? I can do that in 15 minutes, easily."

I smirked, I forgot how capable she was for a moment.

"Alright, I'll see you later then." I said as I used my magic circle to teleport away.

I made my way down the street basing in the moonlight.

I was currently on my way to Moonlight… the information guild.

After a little while I made it to the guild and was greeted by a familiar face.

"Yo, Jeremy! Is Claude in?" I called out.

"Hmph, don't say the boss's name so casually, even if you are a prince." He replied in a gruff tone.

Despide his snide actions, the large bodyguard led me to Claude's office.

"What's up Claude?" I asked as I casually started drawing a magic circle.

He looked up at me from the scroll he was reading at his desk. He gave me a skeptical look.

"Nothing… what are you doing?" He cautiously said.

I finished up my work before responding. "It's a pain to have to walk all the way here every time, then have to get in, so I made a second door. Only for me of course."

That's right, I made a teleportation magic circle that connects to my room's one. I have a bunch of these all over the place, the one in my room kind of acts like a hub, they all teleport me there, but the one in my room can teleport me anywhere. So if I wanted to go from Claude's room to the forest, I'd have to go from Claude's room to my room, then from my room to the forest.

"What do you mean by second door? WAIT! IS THAT SPATIAL MAGIC?! LIKE TELEPORTATION?! GIMME! I NEED THAT SO BADLY!"

He seems to have gotten really excited. Well, this magic certainly is one of a kind, I learned it… yeah, I have no clue, I just had notes on it after my 7 year black out.

I held my hand out to stop Claude from running at me.

"Maybe later, if I decide you're trustworthy and worth working with."

He seemed dejected. Well, teleportation is really useful for information gathering, and for communicating that information accurately and immediately.

"... Why did you come here? Just to show off your mythical magic prowess? If so, then you're a bastard."

"I didn't come here for that, that's just more convenient. I came here for two reasons."

I pulled out the dead assassin that Luna and I just killed. My arm felt slightly warm for a moment as my dimensional storage activated.

The corpse plopped to the ground. I looked up at Claude and smiled with my eyes closed.

"This guy was sent by my step mom. He was recommended to her by the Red Rocket information guild. My first reason for coming here is to prove my threats aren't empty. There will be no Red Rocket guild tomorrow, and the same will happen to you if you ever cross me, or piss me off enough. Got it?"

Claude looked like he was unsure about the validity of my statement but nonetheless nodded in understanding. Well, I'm sure he'll hear the news tomorrow and shit himself in fear.

"The other reason?" Claude asked.

"I need about… 20 people who can start working at a cosmetic store which targets nobles by tomorrow night. I need the night to have them briefed and prepared for what they will be doing by my maid, then 12 of them start working the next morning. They need to know good manners so that noble's won't look down on them and at least 8 of them need to be able to mix and make the products on site before we sell them."

I looked at Claude for his response. "... That's insane, you can't just ask me to do that. It's not possib-"

"Great, remember, by tomorrow night, because they start working overmorrow, they will split shifts between weekdays and weekends as we are gonna be open 7 days a week. Then after that, I need you to get me 225 people who can work in 15 other stores in these locations…"

I handed him a list of the locations and continued.

"... I need at least 5 out of the 15 people per store to be able to make the goods on the spot, just like with the others, but these people don't need to talk to nobles, they will be dealing only with customers who are commoners. Of course they should still be respectful. These 15 stores will all be opening in exactly 1 week, all on the same day, so I need them by then."

I said as I left him a few sheets of paper with more detailed instructions and requirements detailed on them. Just things like how the shifts will be sorted out and the type of work they will be doing, as well as the exact skills they need to have.

"This is ridiculous! I'd need to mobilize the entire guild if I wanted to meet these requirements! You can't just drop in and make requests like this! You didn't even pay me!"

I walked towards the magic circle I drew in the corner, as I was about to teleport away I said. "You're payment is investing in my business, within a month we will be the #1 company, if you get in early you will make more than enough money to cover these costs."

Then I stepped into the circle and disappeared leaving behind a rather flustered Claude.
