The next few days went by just like regular camp days. The number of attacks on the captain also lessened till now there have been only two attacks on him. As usual, Rosa took care of it while guarding him the night. Both the attackers were of the same level and this time Rosa took care to capture them instead of killing them. Kuon and Adela on the other hand were pissed. Kuon shook his head while Adela was fuming with anger.

Cause the new prisoner was battered black and blue like the previous one. This one is also stabbed deep in his thighs. If eyes could throw sharp daggers, then that was what Adela’s eyes were doing to her.

Rosa on the other hand turned around and scratched her head. “What you said to keep them alive.”

“KEEP THEM ALIVE, NOT BARELY ALIVE,” Adela screamed at her and threw the empty bottle in her direction. Rosa dodged it.

“I am sorry, I will pay you back, thank you.” She quickly ran from the place.
