Arcane: The Good Hunter

( the show was just too good for me not to do this and to the seemingly only other person who's doing a fic on arcane I salute you i really hope to see more arcane fics sooner or later for now my awful writing will have to do. Also I will be taking inspiration from bloodborne for the good hunter )

Smoke, fire ,rage, ,sadness , and blood everywhere the boy looked his mother held him tight " it is okay my dear everything shall be fine " his mother whispered sweet nothings to him those seemingly emotionless enforcers chased after them Turing down multiple alleyways the world seemingly became smaller and smaller with each turn

Until there were no more turns to take the mother put the boy down and behind her she turned to face the enforcers she then brought out her weapons a small knife and a curved machete she charged at the enforcers seemingly carving the first closet one into a bloody mess the enforcer screamed in absolute agony she then moved onto the next one the boy simply watched as his mother was slowly worn down by a variety of injuries that each enforcer gave her

She faltered at each consecutive shot then with the absolute last bit of energy she killed the last enforcer before dropping " my dear child…come to me.." the child walked to his mother " mommy…please….don't go" the child whispered to her she smiled " you know this…. is the fate of all hunters….even the ones that retire " she slowly caressed his face " I had…wished it had not to …..be this way….you must become a hunter… my child….or become prey" she then gave the boy her weapons" live your life free… find a new family… that shall accept you for who you truly are….my dear chi-good hunter " she hugged him as the boy continually weeped In her embrace she then hummed a quiet and calming lullaby then they both herd the sound of footsteps "my dear hunter it begins…. Your first hunt…may I see you in the hunters dream" she smiled pushing the boy away as she finally let her mortal life fade the boy understood the assignment hunt, kill and slaughter the emotionless enforcers he turned from the alley and walked towards the footsteps.

All he saw was red from then on screams, pleas of mercy he herd none of them even if he did they were his prey it did not matter if they wished for mercy they had the fate of being his first kills those whom were not enforcers simply saw a small boy with cat ears brutally kill any and all enforcers without remorse everyone had different reactions to this the child cared little for the impacts of his actions for he had a hunt to complete.

Then the red began to fade the boy was on a main street bodies none of which where his own prey littered the street it seemed as though the rock would be stained red with the blood of both the sinners and the innocent the boy felt fatigue slowly creeping up on him he walked the street where he found two girls one slightly older with pink hair and the other younger one a pleasant blue hair crying together bodies with similar features as them not to far away just beside the bodies was a man with metal fist he noticed the boy the girls followed his gaze and the older one covered the younger ones gaze as they saw the boy bathed in blood piercing red eyes stared back at them

Then the boy felt a flood of many peoples emotions screams of agony and pain he dropped his weapons and went down and began crying screaming he then looked over to the group and found that man dropped his metal fists and where currently carrying the girls over to the boy his tears slowly washed the blood caked onto his face a silent message was given to the boy follow or be left behind the boy followed

That was the day the man Vander adopted all of them the pink haired girls name was Violet or just Vi and her little sister Powder then there was the boy Damien he became the middle child which he considered better than an only child
