On the following day, Rin completed most of his tasks early, eager to log into the game at noon. He couldn't pinpoint why, but he felt a sense of excitement that day. It couldn't be just the news of getting a class; there had to be something more.
Despite being only two years younger than a teenager, Rin considered himself relatively mature for his age. However, he knew that keeping his immaturity alive was crucial to preventing boredom.
As he re-entered the game world, Ulysses found Only Shae and Luke in the abandoned building. His former captain interrupted her work to provide Ulysses with all the information he needed to preserve his team.
"I didn't expect you so early," Luke remarked, raising an eyebrow.
"I'm about to undergo the Class Advancement Trial," Ulysses replied, starting to warm up. After warming up, he turned to Shae and asked, "Do you have any idea what the trial is like?"
