Apocalyptic Ravager

A catastrophic event engulfing the whole world had given birth to an unimaginable monster. The Ravager, The Embodiment of Destruction, Slayer of All. As his name sounds, he had killed everyone in the world. Hundreds of planet's worth of living beings were vanquished by him one after another. In a world where everyone absorbed the power and physiques of the foes they kill, he stood as the strongest and the most ruthless. Until he was killed by a mysterious entity known as Melina and returned to the past. With his ego buried deep within the soul of his former self, he lived through his everyday life as a human. But not for long. **** The start might be a bit slow-paced.

Exp Allocation

'Melina said I should try to keep the stats in balance to reduce risks of unwanted side effects so I need to keep that in mind but with my current stats and available Exp, I shouldn't worry.

There wouldn't be any side effects if the stats themselves were low and the gap between them was insignificant. I will worry about it when I hit level two.

Explosive and maximum strength is a valid option. Agility, not so much. I should ignore durability for now. A couple of points won't do anything significant and it will make my skin less flexible so I'd have a hard time moving.

I wonder if I can rip my skin like how clothes rip? I would like to avoid that.

Intelligence is my highest stat yet so I can safely ignore it for the time being.

Now the last one, sense. I can use this one.

Turns out, staying at home doesn't do much for one's eyesight, on the contrary, it worsens it.

I can either increase this or I go shopping with Melina to buy glasses. I choose the first option.'

Ivarage slumped over his bed and fell deep in thought.

'Now, the viable stats are explosive strength, maximum strength, stamina, vigor, and sense.

If I spread my already small amount of Exp over all those stats, the effect would be barely noticeable if not outright insignificant.

Better trim down the options.'

Every 2 Exp equals 0.01 status point. With 96 Exp, Ivarage would obtain 0.48 Exp. He is level 1 at the moment, which means that all of his stats have a maximum capacity of 1 full point. 0.48 is almost half of that so investing all of it into one point can result in a significant boost.

If it was spread over 5 stats though, the effects are not as desirable.

Explosive strength and maximum strength are virtually the same so only one would get picked. He was leaning towards the latter as it was lower so the changes were more effective.

Stamina and vigor are equally important stats. It's hard to come up with a decision.

'I feel like vigor isn't needed that much right now. Granted, I would need to increase it somewhat as it's the lowest stat and my weakest point but I don't think Melina would put me through tough missions just yet.

When I need rest, I can always have some.

Stamina, though, is very important in missions, especially right now. I found out that my stamina was severely lacking when I was out of breath, subduing ten half-sleep people.

This one should take priority.

For the final stat, perception, I can postpone it. My eyesight is bad but not terrible, I can work with it.'

In the end, he came up with a list of priorities.

1. Stamina

2. Maximum strength

3. Vigor

4. Perception.

'Add 48 Exp to Stamina, 20 Exp to Strength(M), 18 Exp to Vigor, and the rest to perception.'

Ivarage stood up from his bed, eagerly anticipating the change in his body.

What met him though, was an overwhelming desire to sleep.

'Damn…it…'

Wisps of transparent smoke coursed through his body, destroying cells and rebuilding them.
