Legendary Gift!

"My Gift is called Blue Grass. It says that I can summon a special type of grass when I activate it." Marie answered while reading the description on her status screen.

"Blue Grass? What kind of Gift is that?" Someone asked curiously.

"Can you show it to us?" Kent asked. Her Gift didn't sound impressive as well, but after seeing Lina's Gift, he had some expectations about what she could do.

Marie hesitated for a moment. She hadn't used her Gift once so she didn't know if she could activate it properly.

"Just relax your mind. Once you sense that unfamiliar power inside you, you will naturally learn how to use it like it's a part of your body." Ralph reminded her about his own experience.

Hearing this, Marie nodded her head. She took a deep breath and focused her mind on sensing the power within her.

A few seconds later, she 'saw' a blue ember glowing within the darkness. 'Is this my Gift?'

When she touched this blue ember, a change happened.

Numerous blades of glowing blue grass appeared, surrounding Marie like a flower.

The blades of blue grass moved in an S-like pattern, looking like magical serpents dancing in the air.

"Beautiful!" Aurora exclaimed in admiration.

The others were also admiring the spectacle. They had never seen such a beautiful Gift before.

Marie slowly opened her eyes and she was taken by surprise when she found herself surrounded by glowing blue grasses. "Is this my Gift?" She muttered.

"Good job, honey! You managed to summon your Gift!" Ralph praised her happily.

Marie was also happy to see her abilities.

"Can you try manipulating those grasses?" Kent suggested with a thoughtful look. If she could control those grasses at will, it would be a useful skill.

"I'll try." Marie nodded her head. She could feel her connection with the blue grasses. It was like she had some extra limbs. She willed her mind to move these blue grasses.

Soon, the blue grasses slithered towards Ralph and wrapped around his legs. She made sure not to touch his wounds.

Seeing this, Kent couldn't help but smile. It was as he had expected. "That's enough, Miss Marie. I already have a general idea about your Gift. I suggest that you practice using your Gift to increase your familiarity with manipulating those blue grasses. I believe that your power will be useful to the group."

Marie smiled at his words. She thought that her Gift was useless. His words made her feel a sense of relief. "I'll keep that in mind." She replied.

"Now then…" Kent moved his gaze to the two little girls.

Sensing his gaze, the others had mixed reactions. Some were worried, while others were curious.

"Sir Ralph, Miss Marie, I'd like to ask about your daughters' Gifts. It's alright if you are against it." Kent asked for their permission.

Ralph stared at his wife.

The two shared a knowing look before they eventually nodded their heads.

"Sherry, Goldie, can you tell us what Gift do you have?" Ralph smiled at his two lovely daughters.

Sherry and Goldie were both smart girls. They immediately understood their father's intentions.

"Okay, Dad." The two little girls nodded with serious gazes, looking extremely cute and adorable.

The first one to answer was Sherry. "I'm the elder sister so I'll go first." She looked at Goldie while saying this.

"Okay." Goldie agreed with a sweet smile.

"My Gift is called Summon War Lion…" She paused for a moment with a confused look on her face. "Daddy, what does Legendary mean?" She innocently asked while looking at Ralph.

"Legendary?!" Everyone was dumbfounded when they heard this. Among them, only Aurora has a Legendary-rated Gift. It was extremely rare and powerful!

"You have a Legendary Gift?!" Ralph stared at his daughter in shock.

Sherry nodded before tilting her head in confusion. "Daddy, what does it mean?"

Ralph smiled at her and gently said. "Baby, that means you have a really special and powerful Gift."

"Really?" The little girl's eyes shone brightly upon hearing his words.

Ralph nodded. "Can you activate your Gift? We'd like to see what this power can do."

Sherry nodded with a fierce look. "Okay."

She struck a pose, something she learned from her favorite cartoon, and shouted. "War Lion!" Her immature voice echoed in the office.

No one spoke. They just stared at her with rapt attention, waiting to see what her Gift was capable of doing.

As soon as she shouted those words, a bright light flashed in front of her, momentarily blinding everyone inside the office.

"What's going on?"

"I can't see anything."

When they regained their sight, they saw a small furry animal jumping around Sherry. It looked like a cat that had the features of a lion. It has spotless white fur and ocean-blue eyes.

"What a cute kitten!" Sherry exclaimed in joy when she saw the furry animal. She eagerly lifted it while laughing excitedly.

"Is that the supposed war lion?" Phillip pointed at the small white cat while shaking his head.

Everyone glared at him.

Aurora used her Mystic Eyes out of curiosity and she was stunned by what she saw. "No way! It's actually Level 3!"

Hearing this, everyone stared at her in surprise.

"What did you say?"

Aurora pointed at the small animal and said. "That thing is Level 3…"

"Woah! Sherry is still at Level 1, but her summoned creature is already at Level 3!" James exclaimed in shock.

"Hahaha! That's my daughter!" Ralph laughed heartily.

Sherry was oblivious to their conversation. Her focus was entirely on the furry animal in her embrace. "From now on, you will be called Ice!" She lovingly stroked the little creature's fur.

"My turn! My turn!" Goldie eagerly said. When she saw her sister summoning a cute little animal, she was also excited to try.

"Alright, Goldie. Tell us what your Gift is." Marie smiled as she patted her daughter's head.

"Yes!" Goldie clenched her little fists, hoping that she could also summon her own little pet.

"My Gift is called…"
