The new leader

The burly man's face turned red again due to difficulty in breathing, and he hastily nodded. He was filled with overwhelming fear and was now obedient to every command from the student.

The two of them entered the neighborhood directly. Tranquil Estates wasn't large; there were only four buildings standing there.

"How many people are in your base?" Shaun looked around but didn't spot any humans.

"A... a little over a hundred." The burly man responded with trepidation, carefully answering the question.

Soon, they arrived in front of the first building. To their surprise, a man and a woman were engaged in an indecent act in front of the building.

There were even people watching around them. The man had an ugly appearance, and his face was full of a wicked grin. The woman looked emaciated, obviously lacking proper food for a long time, but her delicate features were still discernible.
