Everyone stayed awake throughout the night, traveling the entire duration. Many didn't even get to see the sun the next morning, having been devoured by monsters that roam the night. However, in the face of the vast crowd of survivors, such casualties did not make a significant impact.
At sunrise, Joan glided down in front of Noah, kneeling on one knee, her expression a mix of surprise and excitement. "Master, there's a huge oasis up ahead."
Noah, hearing this, spread his wings and flew up into the air to look into the distance. Indeed, about ten kilometers ahead, there was a large oasis cluster.
"It seems I remembered correctly," Noah smiled broadly, calling out loudly to the people below, "Perk up, everyone. We have less than twenty kilometers to go until the oasis. Once we get there, we'll be safe."
