The atmosphere was tensed between hiko and kenshin,his mind was at a dispute with his feeling but he had to win.

"What are you waiting for come at me"hiko laughed as he spoke to him moving in circles

Breathing out with his eyes closed kenshin launched at hiko at a primal speed.

Using his reflex after learning a thing from the dojo he was able to dictate where hiko was trying to hit him from.

"I guess you are trying to win at this one"hiko laughed

He was happy kenshin was letting go of the grief to be able to gain something and that was concentration.

Using the wooden sword he pushed kenshin's sword off his hand but that wasn't all as kenshin rolled himself from under hiko's legs to get it.

Lifting it with speed he moved with hiko intently watching his moves with a smile on his face kenshin moved attacked him.

'Pah'

The sounds of wooden sticks hitting each other in an incoherent manner in the room was clearing heard.

"You are angry rorouni calm down"

"I'm not"

"Stop thinking about them and how you saw them lifeless now kenshin think on how to defeat"

The fight continued for an hour with kenshin trying to defeat hiko at his best.

"Ahhh"

He landed on his butt with his wooden sword flying to the west,hiko squat in from of him with a bottle of water he picked from the table.

"You did well for today"

He got no response but wasn't angry the boy was in thoughts,he layed with his hands by his sides wide open like a lifeless being breathing hard with sweat dripping all over him.

"I will be leaving drink up"dropping the bottle of water he left the room leaving kenshin who still didn't respond to all what he said

No amount of comfort can be able to relieve the pain of seeing your family lay lifeless and the little boy was pressuring himself.

He is feeling guilty on why he was the only one alive wishing for him to also die with his family.

Tears dropped down kenshin's eyes after hearing the sliding down shut meaning hiko left the room.

He was alone now 'why didn't I die with you all why'he murmured to himself

'This wasn't the life I wanted mom,dad I wanted a happy family where all of us can be happy with ourselves'more tears fell from his eyes

Cleaning his eyes with the back of his hands he stood up grabbing the bottle water which he gulped in one go.his pupils in his eyes turned darker with the bell of revenge.

Ringing in his head 'you don't have to be weak anymore,being weak in a world full of wickedness doesn't guarantee you your aim'he heard a voice in his head

'You also have to be wicked to achieve your aim and that aim was revenge'

'The world was going to hear about him when the times comes he promises every single one of those souls that killed his family'he smiled crazily to himself.

'He was going to search for every one of them and kill then mercilessly'

That day marked the start of kenshin activeness,he became serious with his trainings that it disturbed hiko a bit.

Today they decided to go out and train in the forest as it felt calm a bit free from noise and distractions.

"You don't have to push yourself on the trainings you know"

"Yea I know"

"Those past few months I've watched how you became serious it's nice but you don't have to push yourself to the edge"

"At such a time your enemies can be able to find your weak point,stop being all too serious"he continued

"They are still walking around freely after killing innocent people"

"How many times have I told you something can be behind the death of your family"

"That wasn't a warrant for them to kill everyone,if I were there I would have also died with them"

"I know that is the reason why you have to be patient while training to get all the skills not to kill innocent people but to fight as a real samurai"

"I know what I'm doing"kenshin answered not minding what he was saying

He was a very stubborn boy that does whatever was on his mind in the sense that he was right.

"I think this is the end of our training for today"

"This is too fast and early we should train more"kenshin complained

"Yeah we are going to have a drink today care to join"

"Not interested"

"It's an order not a request drop this off back at the dojo while I wait"

"But…."

"Be fast we have no time"he interjected

Kenshin came back to meet hiko walking to the front leaving or should he say he saw him while he majestically and sluggishly moved his legs.

"You don't have a choice on this kenshin"

A sigh left kenshin's lips,they arrived at a shop which was filled with men stinking of alcohol.

His imagination ran wild on the place fully aware of his environment and what could transpire anytime here.

"This place is not safe for us"he nudged hiko who didn't turn to look at him.

"Are you scared"hiko asked after some minutes inside there

"No why will I be am just trying to be cautious"

"On what your family killers"

He felt a rush of breeze hearing that his instincts kicked in immediately but hiko stopped him right in time.

"I don't think you are ready to face then if they were to come in front of you now"

'That was the truth but at least he would wish to see there face'he thougt but hiko beat him to it

"You don't know them do you? stop stressing your brain and enjoy the evening I brought you out here not to think about any other things but to live your life a bit"

"Yeah live my life a beat"

He felt like a robot who was being controlled his mind wasn't there,his eyes moved around when he caught a sight of a girl.

'She looked like the same girl he helped that day yeah'
