Ch-15 Something is after me (Fix)

James followed behind Komi as she led them out the city walls towards the forest where there was a small opening beside a lake. They didn't bring anything more to their 'picnic' so they would have to seat on the ground but that was fine with it.

They both sat down on the grass looking at the peaceful senary around them that would take beauty to a whole new level. Without human interference, the forest around the city became beautiful while the air around it is as clean as a summer breeze.

They were both enveloped in silence as they only look at their surroundings while not making eye contact. James couldn't take the quiet atmosphere and spoke first. "So how have you been? I heard there was a devil that attacks the city? Did you get out in time? Is any of your family hurt?"

Komi looks at James as he spoke there was suspicion on her face as he eyed James. As far as she knows there's isn't any news of what attack the city as her father told her.

All the people in the city know that there's been an accident. Komi wanted to speak to James wanting to ask him how he knew.

But Komi was very shy not willing to open her mouth to speak to James just thinking about it made her face red. So Komi just looks at James with her big eyes expecting him to answer.

Seeing Komi loom at him James didn't know what to do he has forgotten that she can't talk to people comfortably. James just scratches the back of his head before looking at the basket he brought for Komi.

James smiled and opened the basket revealing the dozen sushi he made for Komi. "Here you go Komi please try it I made it myself," James said as he holds Komi's wrist as he made her opened her hand as he places the sushi on her palm.

James smiled while Komi stared at him looking confused but she still ate the sushi. She placed the sushi in her mouth before she widens her eyes.

It was the most delicious thing she ever tasted her mouth watered as she looks towards James with sparkling eyes. She held out her hand expecting James to place more sushi in it.

James saw this and comply with Komis's request as she handed her another sushi before she quickly ate it. James can see the delight on her face as she closed her eyes and savored the taste of it.

James kept feeding Kommi until all the sushi he made was gone. James looks at Komi with a smile as he asks her a question. "Do you like it Komi?"

Chuckles!

James laughed at the end as he watches Komi nodded her head before tucking her knees on her abdomen and holding it tightly. She looks at James as he opened her mouth, with all her strength he spoke and ask a question.

"How...d-did you know that it was a devil?" She asks wanting to know how James knew that the warning or sirens were caused by a devil since no news has come out yet.

James looks at her confused not even surprise that Komi spoke to him. "What do you mean? Why shouldn't I know? You know so probably everyone knows to"

James asks as Komi shook her head. "T-there isn't any news reaching the public about it... Tell me how did you know?" She asks once more looking straight at the eyes of James who look away.

James touches the back of his head thinking of an excuse to tell her, he didn't expect that no one saw the hundred-meter-long blazing in flames lion. "Well I saw it coming since I didn't evacuate like the others"

James answered he look at Komi who nodded her head before looking at the lake in front of them. "A-alright I believe you" She muttered as quiet as a mouse that only James could hear.

Half the day passed as they stood and watch the lake before the nighttime came as both of them stood up from the ground as James stretch his arms. He looks at Komi and waved his hand. "It was fun Komi but I would have to leave goodbye!"

James said as Komi nodded her head before quickly leaving the place heading to the city, James watched as she left with a tingle of red on her face. James shook his head she was probably shy of speaking to him early on but doesn't want to leave too early.

Rustl!

As James was repaired to leave he heard a sound of rustling bush. He looks towards the noise but found another. "Probably just some pesky animals"

James said as he turned around before a large shadow came behind him as it tried to strike him but only tried as right before it got near him a hand came between it.

Dang!

A round of fist collided could be heard as the shadow's fist was stopped by an invisible force before James turned around.

With the light of the moon, James saw what it was, it was another devil it was standing on two legs and was looking at James menacingly.

The devil looks to be a human mix of a tiger as the upper part of its body was a tiger and the lower part was a human's body parts.

ROAR!

The devil roared as it disappeared in dark clouds as James look around him golden experience was guarding every inch of his body. Golden experience was guarding James because James is an easy prey since he doesn't have any defense at all and only relies on his stand to block the attack.

He can't see the devil so he can't make his stand obliterate it since he just quickly reacted guarding himself but not giving the devil pressure to kill it instantly.

James looks around him as the devil's presences completely vanish like air, as no sound, smell, or even heat came off the devil.

Pop!

The sound of smoke exploding beside James as the devil tried to strike the head of James but Golden experience was already waiting as its punch landed on the head of the devil.

Bam!

Zhi!

The head of the devil exploded as the golden mist came out of its body before its body vanishes in smoke leaving a small mark on the ground that seems to be an eye looking at him.

James looks around him before disappearing in place.

In his store, James appeared on the counter before sitting down as Golden experience made some ties for James. "There seems to be someone after me... But who cares really" James said with a smile getting the cup of tie and drinking it straight.

Gulp!

James's body relaxes as he opened the store he still has 500 million left in his currency so he might as well buy something with it. He looks around but he was getting bored just having three multiverses to buy from.

As he looks around he found a small icon on the bottom right side of the screen. Ofcorse, James clicks on it before finding different multiverse he could buy from. Looking around he found the Jojo part 5.

He stared at it before clicking it he saw that he needed to pay 500 million dollars to unlock the shop for it.

Sigh!

"Figures after all nothing is free in this world" James sad as he click yes before searching on that shop what he was looking forward to. And there it was his goal why he bought the shop access.

An Item that could strengthen his stand giving him the power to nullify almost every attack that happened to him or in one sense making the said action not happened at all.

He look at the cost and it made him almost puke blood, the arrow cost 10 billion dollars he would need to wait so long just to buy it.

Sigh!
