On the other side, Aquinas confronted Hiyomi who could manipulate others. Aquinas immediately attacked Hiyomi with all his might.

He didn't know what kind of abilities Hiyomi had, but knowing that he was Avoros' subordinate, there was no way he could have mediocre abilities.

Aquinas just shook his head. Then he turned towards Hiyomi and returned to using his magic.

He formed a huge energy ball in his right hand.

Then, he threw it to Hiyomi.

A huge smokey mushroom formed from the impact of the blast. It also destroyed the surroundings and killed a lot of enemies in one go.

Elsewhere, Izumi was facing Avoros.

"From what I've seen, you're more irregular than Okamura Hiiro. I feel like I've never heard of you from a hero." Avoros was very wary of Izumi, he couldn't turn his gaze elsewhere after what he did with a one-hit kill of one of his men.

Izumi could hear Avoros' voice which made him say to himself.

"So it's like that, even if he doesn't see it, as long as he can sense the circulation of magic energy, he can negate any magic that will activate. But…"

His feet pushed the ground and let his body propelled toward Avoros while his mouth curled up in ridicule.

He immediately activated his magic destabilization eye after seeing Avoros prepared to use magic.

Izumi tried to use his magic and it activated without any disturbance.

"As expected, If he doesn't have eyes, how is he gonna neutralize magic?" Izumi murmured after he successfully activated his magic. But then, he shook his head. "I should have just gouged out his eyes rather than breaking them."

Izumi purposely injured both of his eyes. He wanted to see if Avoros would lose his ability or not. But after knowing his ability was so useless after what he did, he regretted it.

"My Lord!"

Avoros' men who saw their boss were in a disadvantageous situation tried to help Avoros by ignoring the opponent they had faced earlier.

Izumi who sensed several auras approaching him immediately took action. Not feeling the air around Izumi getting colder, Avoros' men tried to attack Izumi together.

Suddenly a slash of ice energy was created from Izumi's sword which then flew horizontally to attack all of Avoros' men who approached him.

Their bodies split into two and fell to the ground one after another. They couldn't react at all to Izumi's quick attack.

Before their death, they had time to open their mouths.

"W-w-what..."

"T-the hell..."

"I-is that..."

No one would answer except king Enma in the underworld.

The alliance forces who saw how Izumi attacked gulped their saliva. Just a single attack was able to kill dozens of people at once. Their levels were completely in different dimensions.

Izumi turned to Avoros who was still holding the wound in his eyes while enduring the pain. Izumi spoke.

Izumi grinned evilly as his sword pierced his right arm. Then, he twisted it and cut his arm off. The blood spurted from the arm.

Knowing Avoros' body wasn't artificial, he carried on with the following attack.

His sword stabbed his thigh.

Izumi pulled his sword from Avoros' thigh and stabbed it again into his right thigh. Avoros could only scream in pain.

"You like torturing and toying with other people, right? What if you're the one being tortured? Fun?"

His sharpened eyes and curled lips were so terrifying to be seen. There were several of Avoros' men who wanted to save Avoros, but sensing Izumi's aura that he gave off, no one dared to get closer.

"Y-you will pay for this...hehehe. W-wait for my rev- AAAHHHHH!"

"You're noisy! You think I'll let you be resurrected from the dead?"

Avoros' hands twitched slightly, and the slight change was noticed by Izumi who then said.
