The Anthropology Club Meeting

It was the start of another school day and Sayuri and her friends were busy discussing a topic for their presentation in an upcoming cultural festival at school. She was a part of the cultural anthropology research club, along with Sunghoon, Heeseung, Jungwon, and Sunoo.

Heeseung walked up to Sayuri, "So, what's our topic going to be for the presentation?" He asked.

She shook her head, she wasn't sure what topic they should talk about, she didn't even start yet.

Sunoo was getting impatient, he was usually a bubbly and cheerful guy, but today he wasn't in the mood, we weren't getting anywhere with our research for days.

Heeseung was still all about business because he's an A+ student and he didn't want his high average to go down, so he always focuses on his studies. He's also popular with the girls, even though he's shy but he's still nice to others and of course, he's adored by all the teachers. Heeseung and Sunghoon have been best friends ever since middle school and usually hang out together.

Sunghoon has a calm and cold personality, he's usually quiet and shy but when you get to know him, he's quite nice. Sunghoon has girls swooning over him all the time as well, since Sunghoon is a figure skater, he's won many medals and trophies, so everyone calls him the 'ice prince'.

They all gathered around to do research, so they could come up with a topic until Jungwon noticed an old dusty book peeking through the drawer in their teacher's table. He decided to take a look at it, ignoring the fact that he was invading his teacher's privacy.

Jungwon didn't usually invade people's privacy but curiosity got the better of him. He didn't do much research for any of the tasks the cultural anthropology club had, because he wasn't interested. He didn't join the club because he wanted to, it was actually because he was forced to do so, at least, that's what he told Sayuri. He told her that his parents wanted him to join a lot of clubs to get into a prestigious university. He joined as many clubs as he could, but only some of them were his favourites. His most favourite club was the martial arts club, where he loved doing taekwondo to blow off some steam. He started to enjoy dancing and singing and later joined those clubs as well.
