The zogans in Vedeania were civilized and rich in food and nature, they haven't been at war since the rage war but other clans have also witness war after the rage war.

Vedeania is very popular also because of the floating mountains, water dimension and mystical water fall of the water dragon. The people of Vedeania are the great worshipers of the great water dragon, the second largest creature in the world but has said that it can only be awaken by the elementalist.

Now kial wants to remove the spell of the fog and the mage eye. Kial, after reading the spell over and over again in the deepest part of the temple, he sat at the middle of the temple on the largest and most power supreme circle on earth, the supreme circle is the circle of the loy and could only be used by the supreme lords which are already extinct, the elementalist and some powerful hypnosis lords.
