Holidays!

My Mini Quidditch Pitch was well received by Flitwick. All the figures moved just like their counter parts in the game and one could replay the game on them. Though he, like myself, found it a shame that I could not charm the balls. If I could then it would be an exact replica of the game. Flitwick tells me that for this impressive display of charms work I should be in a higher grade for charms.

I got Ron with a prank that I personally thought was a great punishment for him. His hair became blonde like Malfoys and he could only speak in that snobby arrogant 'I'm better than you' tone that Malfoy has.

That is not to say I forgot my appointment with the Weasley's on Tuesday. Actually, we got each other with pranks that day. The twins prank made me speak in a little girls voice, it was... embarrassing to say the least.

The Twins were bald and had to walk around in Buddhist Monks robes and said "amitabha" at the end of each sentence thus throwing off their twin speak. The Patil twins found this more amusing than others. It was hilarious seeing Fred and George look like freckled eggs.

Come Thanksgiving myself and the twins paired up for a prank. When the feast began the turkeys got up and went to war against each other using the food on the tables as weapons. They used the cornucopia as horns, corn cobs as lances, we enchanted the mashed potatoes so that when it was thrown by the turkeys it would make a large splatter. Peas were launched through straws like spitballs.

By the time the feast ended everyone was covered in some form of food or another. Except the staff, or rather most of the staff. Hagrid, the great big target he is, was pelted and Argus looked to be made of food by the end of the war. I felt pity on Argus but only because I liked Mrs. Norris.

The funny thing is, since almost all my pranks were centered around the twins, they all thought that the twins were solely responsible. So I got off without any punishments! Oh it was a wonderful holiday.

Finally December rolled around. Slytherin had a match against Ravenclaw. We won 270-50. Me and Theo had practiced with one another til we were practically in sync through the match thus we were able to score many goals before Terrance caught the snitch. Marcus and the two beaters cut down on the cheating, or rather they worked harder to not get caught cheating.

As for the Holidays, myself and Harry were going home. Uncle Snape and Aunt Irma said they would come and visit on Christmas. We all spoke with our friends before leaving. Ron and the twins were staying behind but everyone else was going home for the break.

I got Penelope to enlarge our compartment so that me, harry, and our friends could all sit in the same space on the ride over. We promised to send each other a gift for the holidays, or rather myself and Harry promise to send something to each of them at least. I might need to enlist some other owls to help. I don't want Hedwig or Athena to fly themselves ragged.

Arriving at the station I see my mother standing there waiting for us. All three of us share a hug. We also meet Hermoine's Parents, Daphne's Parents, Tracey's Parents and Blaise mother. We weren't introduced to Theo's family though since his father was one of those Death Eaters that got off using the Imperius defense.

Finally back at the manor mother turns and looks at Harry. "Now Harry" He looks at her face "I know you are still worried about the Dursley's and think you may be sent back with them" Harry shudders a bit and looks away feeling slightly guilty "But I am going to tell you that there are two reasons why you are never going back to those people again"

"i-I'm not?" Harry stammers

"Yes Harry. One of the reasons is" And she glances to me at this briefly "Someone made anonymous reports and all of the Dursleys, even someone named Marge, were arrested for various crimes. Vernon and Marge are in prison, your cousin Dudley and a boy named Piers were sent to St. Brutus Home for Criminally Insane Boys, and your Aunt was found guilty of treason along with a list of other crimes."

Harry's mouth opens and closes multiple times but he can't seem to find the words to say. I find it ironic in a way that Dudley got sent to St. Brutus as they were always telling the neighborhood that is where Harry was going to end up.

"And Lastly, because of overwhelming evidence against the Dursleys, certain actions went through without a hitch. So, Harry, you are legally my son now. The adoption papers went through" Mom has a gentle smile on her face

Harry tears up and launches himself at my mother "Mom" He cries out as he holds her while crying

"Yes, Harry, mother's got you" He says while hugging him back. I also walk over and join in the hug. It was a nice moment if only someone were to take a picture of it, what I didn't know is Crocker, one of our house elves, DID take a picture of this. That night we all celebrating by going out to eat.

Christmas was finally here. Harry seemed stunned by the amount of gifts he was given.

I got some books from the book worm and some chocolate frogs. Tonks sent me a book about Metamorphamagus's, she is definitely warming up to me. Blaise sent me a book on wizarding Unsolved Crimes, a book the ministry has banned. Theo, through use of whiskey and veritaserum, managed to talk names of some of the Death Eaters out of his father and he sent me the list so I know who to be careful of. Daphne sent me some rare parts of beast such as Nundu fur, for Envy to eat obviously. Tracey sent me wand polish and a broom servicing kit. I can't say for sure but I think she sent those as a joke. She does have a dirty mind.

The twins sent me some of their prototype candies. Ron sent me some regular wizard candy. Neville sent me an old book on spell crafting that he found in his families library. Ashton, Ashley, and Marcus gifted me all the latest comics that came out while I was at Hogwarts, though I knew there were some OTHER gifts waiting for me at a certain spot. Susan Bones sent me a book a self updating book on wizarding laws she got from her aunt.

Flitwick even sent me some records of his time in the Championship Dueling Tournaments. I even got a gift from Ragnok. It was a lovely goblin made dagger. Though it was shocking to receive a gift from King Jareth. He sent me a crystal ball that could replay the dreams of the holder.

I sent Hermoine instructions on one of my personal spells called Occulus Retenta which gave the caster a faster reading speed and higher retention for half an hour. For Tonks I sent her flowers that would morph between various varieties of flowers and colors. To Blaise I sent some Murder Mystery books, he rather likes those types. Theo I sent him some muggle comics, he showed interest in them when he saw me reading them. I sent Daphne and Tracy more muggle make up since they really liked the last bit I got them.

I sent the twins a book on potion making, this should help them make their little candies and what not. To Ron I sent an actual Wizard's Chess game. Ashton, Asley, and Marcus received wizarding candy. To Ragnok I sent books on Muggle Martial Arts. And though I didn't expect a gift from him I also sent Jareth something, I mean it only seems right to send the King something when you have actually met them. I sent him a bottle of Delacour's Wine from France.

Harry got some books from Hermoine, some prank items from the twins. Candy from my Slytherin friends, Ron, Susan, and Tonks. He got a sweater from Molly Weasley for some reason. Ashton, Ashley, and Marcus sent him some more comics and some videos on some of our Martial Arts Classes. Though he did get a silvery cloak from someone who claims it belonged to James Potter and Harry should use it well.

Turns out the cloak was an Invisibility cloak. Though I am curious as to why James let someone borrow it and hold it after his death. Also that use it well statement seems to be telling Harry to use the cloak for something but as for what I do not know yet.

Mom gave us brand new computers. I gave Harry some of my Spell Crafting research along with some spells I have made, made and then had to find a way for other people to use like the Occulus Retenta spell I gave Hermoine. I also gave mom a goblin made necklace I had ordered from Ragnok. Harry gave mom some Witch Beauty Items. He also gave me some sketches he made, Harry is surprisingly good at drawing. One sketch showed me dressed up as Loki, I got a chuckle out of that, and another sketch with me as Iron Fist fighting a Troll.

It wasn't until later than Snape and Aunt Irma arrived. Snape gave me all three of us a box of his personal crafted potions, for mom he tested to make sure the potions would work on squibs. Aunt Irma gave me and Harry some of her potion research when she was in Hogwarts. She gifts mom a potion that would remove impurites from her skin, basically a beautification potion.

Me and Harry both got Snape some rare potion ingredients. Mom gave Snape a chemistry set, she thought it was funny. All three of us gave aunt Irma some books. Harry got some from Florish and Blotts, I gifted her a few copies from Merlins Library, and mom gave her some muggle novels.

At dinner I invited our four house elves to eat with us. They were in tears but refused to eat at the table. Instead they stood off to the side eating. Rose out did herself on the dinner. She was a fantastic cook.

I excused myself to go to the bathroom after dinner then went to the usual place where I dug my OTHER gifts out of a hidden alcove in the Manors Wall, the wall surrounding the manor not the house wall. One gift was a Barrett 90 Bolt-Action Bullpup Anti-Material Rifle. There was also two

Beretta M9 Semi-Automatic Service Pistol's. Lastly was an air powered dart pistol with scope. The last one was custom made. Of course there was ammo for each one. There was also a note.

[Just because you got voodoo and whodoo doesn't mean you can't defend yourself like the rest of us mortals.

I chuckle and I send the gifts into my trunk into one of the hidden compartments, I carry the trunk every where around my neck.

The next few hours we spent together as a family. We introduced Snape and Irma to some muggle Christmas movies like Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer, Miracle on 34th Street, and A Christmas Story. Uncle Snape seemed to like A Christmas Story best and Aunt Irma loved Miracle on 34th Street. Harry's favorite was Rudolph as he had heard Dudley watching it on the telly at the Dursleys but never got to watch it himself. It is great that some concerned citizens helped bring their crimes to light isn't it?
