First Quidditch Match

"Ah before you guys go" I pull out 7 small figurines that look vaguely like the Gryffindor Quidditch team. Each one were about 3 inches tall and holding a broomstick. Harry's was holding a Nimbus 2000 "If you could all take one of these figures and get your teammates to cast the levitation charm on the one that looks like themselves. Make sure you DON'T break them in anyway!"

"Ok but why?" Asked Harry.

"I am working on a small set of charm work. This figures will copy your magical signature then during the game they will move like you do on a mini quidditch pitch I made. I already got" Coerced "my team to do it to their figures."

"Is this supposed"

"To help you cheat?"

I shake my heads at the twins "No, it is just some extra credit work I am making for Flitwick. I haven't been able to charm the balls though since if I tried to people would accuse me of tampering."

The twins shrug and cast a spell on their figures as does Harry "Just make sure I get those figures BEFORE the game. I would like to hand them to Flitwick so he can watch and see if they match up correctly while we play"

"Sure thing Loki."

"We'll tell them"

"It is an assignment"

"From Flitwick and they shouldn't"

"Ask more about it"

Before the game I get the figures back and I put them on my mini pitch "Envy can you take this up to Flitwick in the stands?"

"Yes Master"

"Good. Let him know to tap the chest" I point to the chest in the center of the small pitch "With his wand to activate it. Ok?"

"Yep yep take this to small man and tell small man tap small box with stick got it" Envy still has the mind of a child, I find it cute. I decide to reward Envy with a snicker doodle and Envy happily noms on it before flying off with the box the mini pitch is in.

"Alright" Madam Hooch said "I want a nice, fair game" She looked towards our captain Marcus Flint "Now mount your brooms" We doo and we take off into the air. She releases the bludgers and the snitch "Begin" She tosses the quaffle up. It was a scramble but Theo managed to snatch it before the Gryffindors.

I follow along but Bucky makes him pass it over to himself so he can make the shot. He made the shot but it was knocked back by wood. I caught the quaffle and throw it throw the hoop furthest from Wood and 10 points to slytherin.

Games going good. Theo made a goal and I made another. Angelina from Gryffindor made a goal as well. Then Bucky began to mess things up. He took the beater bat and smacked the bludger at Wood who fell to the ground. Then he ordered the two beaters to knock Katie Bell, who had the Quaffle, down into the stands taking her out.

I fly up to flint "Damn it Bucky. What the hell are you doing?"

"Ey, I am winning us da game" He says showing off all those nasty teeth

"No, you are obviously cheating. If this was a professional match you would have been kicked out already."

"Hmph instead of lecturin me maybe you should watch your brother" I growl then I shift focus to Harry. His broom was going crazy. I rush over to Harry and I put my arm around him making him brace against me as I pull him off the broom that continues to buck but then it falls, but I used wandless magic to make it fly into my free hand.

Then my broom began to buck about. I growl hatefully. Someone is messing with MY broomstick. MINE!I thrust Harry's broom back in his hand "Move it" He puts the broom between his legs and takes off. "Keep moving about"

I reach down grabbing my broom stick focusing my magic into it "You will obey me!" I tighten my grip my magic flowing through my hands and entering directly into the wood "You will obey or you will break!" The bucking began to level out as the wood under my palm creaked from the pressure. Then it stabilized. A few seconds later a shout rings out so I look towards it to find someone set Snapes robes on fire.

It wasn't long after that the game ended, Theo scored two more goals, I mean there wasn't anyone to block him, but Harry caught the snitch. Ending the match as 160-50.

I fly down to the pitch and I check out my broom. There was now indention's from my rough squeezing visible on the wood. "Damn it."

The Gryffindor team were celebrating. I walked over to wood, who stayed to watch the game rather than see the nurse. "Good game Wood. Though you weren't in half of it" I hold out my hand.

He looks at my hand and shakes it "We might not have won if you took advantage of my injury or Harry's danger. Thanks for saving him by the way."

"Well he is my brother. I wouldn't even let the Quidditch World Cup stop me from helping him when he is in danger" He smiles then heads off to his team and I head to mine. In the locker rooms where my attitude shifted.

I cast a locking charm on the door and then the Muffliato charm around the room so anyone outside the room would only hear buzzing. Envy phases into the room and then turns into a full sized Acromantula who hisses and clicks at the team making the cower. Then shoots webbing at the two beaters and Marcus before dragging them towards myself.

"Now before I begin. Theo, Pucey, Higgs and Bletchley you all did good out there. Theo you gained us three goals. Adrian you may not have gotten a shot in but you managed to steal the Quaffle from the Gryffindors a few times. Bletchley you managed to block two of Gryffindors three shots so congratulations. Higgs you did your job and watched the snitch, though we didn't get it you still managed to come close if Harry didn't pull that stunt you may as well caught it"

Theo smiles and nods but the other three just nod slightly while shifting their gaze back to Envy who was still threatening the other three. "As for you three" My tone becomes emotionless as I adress the other three. "Are you out of your damn minds?!"

I step up to Envy, my shadow growing larger behind me raising up the wall, twisting, and turning and making the forms of various horrifying creatures. This was a part of the Shadow Magics Merlin left me. I am not using anything harsh just making the shadows enlarge and form shapes. It doesn't have any ill effects so far except terrifying people.

"You do realize what you all did was against the rules. If you ever thought of getting on a professional team well it won't happen. No one will hire those that openly commit fouls. How many of you in here would like to play professional Quidditch." Terrance, Adrian, and one of the two beaters say they do.

"Well I suggest looking up the rules and guidelines to see what you are and AREN'T allowed to do. Now I am not going to exact punishment from you three. You know why? It's because you three made my image look better." They looked confused "I did say I wanted to be the 'Misplaced Slytherin' well because of your cheating you once again showed people that Slytherins are bad. But me, I helped Harry when he was in trouble and even congratulated Wood. This means they see me apart from the other Slytherins."

"Oh don't get me wrong I am truly a Slytherin. But I am a slytherin so good at hiding my colors from the rest of the public they all bloody think I am a Gryffindor who the hat made a mistake with. Don't you find that beautiful? A Slytherin so great he makes everyone think he should have been in Gryffindor." I let out a chuckle.

"Envy release them" Envy cuts the webbing and pulls it off the boys then I take the webbing and I stuff it in my trunk "A true slytherin doesn't act out in the open. A true Slytherin can hide amongst sheep and lions and strike quick and silent to where no one thinks he struck at all." I end my lecture, cancel my spells, Envy turns back into it's Origin form and snuggles into my collar, then I walk out with my shadow returning to normal by the time I reach the door.

As I walk to find Harry I get pulled into a spare room "What the hell-"

"Alex it's us" said a Hermoine

I blink realizing it is Hermoine, Ron and Harry "Was there a need to drag me into a room?"

"Yes. Apparently Hermoine and Ron have something they wanted to tell us both." Said Harry

"Your broom mate. It was being cursed by Snape" Said Ron looking at Harry

I smirk slightly "I know he is your head of house but believe me I know a curse when I see one. It requires constant eye contact and Snape wasn't blinking" Said the book worm. I turn and I cast a locking charm on the door

"W-why you locking the door Alex?" Said Ron

"Well I see you caught Snape" I said with a sinister grin on my face

"W-what! You're with him!"

"Of course I am with him, but now that you know this information what am I to do with you all" I took a step towards them

"Oh stop playing around Alex. Look Hermoine, Snape can't be trying to kill me"

"But mate-"

"No Ron. Snape won't try to kill me. He is mine and Alex's Uncle."

"What?! You're related to Snape?!" Shouted Ron

"Well I am and by association he is Harry's uncle too" I say to the red head while rolling my eyes "Look he is the one who personally brews Harry's nutritional potions"

"Glad I don't have to take those anymore" mumbled Harry

"He has been to our house, might even be visiting us on Christmas too"

"You and snape you and he are" We seem to have fried Ron's brain

"But what about the eye contact and snape was mumbling to himself while looking at Harry's broom!" said Hermoine

"Counter curse would also require constant eye contact." She looks down feeling sheepish "Anyway now that this meeting is over- Wait! Which one of you set Snapes robe on fire?" I glare at them both. Hermoine slowly raises her hand looking ashamed under my glare

"... didn't know you had it in ya book worm. I won't tell Sev about that. Anyway we might want to go. Judging from how Gryffindors will party over anything I suspect they are having one right now because of your win. So off ya go" I unlock the door

"Why don't you come with us?" Asked Book Worm

" I don't think the Gryffindors will let a Slytherin in their common room, despite my good reputation. Anyway you all have fun. I might need to order a new broom"
