Caught In Traffic
It was already noon and both Miguel and Cecilia were caught in traffic. Cecilia kept glancing at her phone, checking the time and it was past twelve already. She knew Jessica would've been waiting impatiently for her by now but hadn't received any call from her yet.
Miguel noticed Cecilia's discomfort but he failed to say anything to her as his eyes were glued to the tight road. He patiently waited until the traffic was sorted out but it was already past one, this made Cecilia even more furious but she concealed it with an expressionless countenance.
They rode hastily to the address that was given to them by Jessica—Logan's hotel, in utter silence since their mind was already occupied, one was trying to reach the venue in no time while the other was trying to avoid a road accident.
