Two months later, after having a conversation with black widow.

It was but another sunny day in New York. In a tall building, which he called home, was Lucifer working on an important project, of the highest priority, when an alarm goes off in his lab.

"Sir, it has happened, the good doctor has transformed into a green behemoth and is rampaging in the military facility as we speak, just as sir predicted"

"Finally. Time to see where I stand in the world" Lucifer excitedly says, as he prepares to do what others might consider complete idiocy.

"Are you sure of this sir? We have never had a stress test such as this" The AI wisely reminds.

"There is a first for everything M.I.N.E.R.V.A, you must always take some risk for future achievements, not to mention of the enemies my future holds" Lucifer waves off, as he walks towards the armory.

"While it true it still doesn't fully explain this reckless behavior sir" The AI continues her futile persuasion.

"Well, let's just say I want to be reckless for once, in any case I still have you don't I? I'm sure everything shall be alright. Let's head out"

As he reaches the room Lucifer makes a familiar motion, as the nanites begin crawling up his stretched arm and across his whole body.

Walking to a dark corner of the armory, Lucifer utters "Shadow walk" as he seemingly disappears, as though he never was there, silently as a ghost, no as a shadow which has no light.

A green titan was currently tearing threw everything it could find, destruction in each swing of its mighty hands, in a mindless fit of rage, which all men may poses, but few can unleash.

"HULK SMASHHHHHHH!" It bellows in rage, lashing out at all that moves or shines.

Suddenly in the creatures shadow a strange event unfolds, as it morphs and diminishes, taking on a slender figure, fit for the average men, with giant shadowy wings.

[Sir, we are here] The AI states.

[I figured. Got any way to get us to an abandoned local?]

[You could just port him there sir] States the AI blandly, obviously against such actions

[Ah, come on, where's the fun in that?] Lucifer playfully responds.

[SIR!] The AI chides, its digital tempered tested as she serves such a master.

[I get it, I get it] In reluctant defeat, Lucifer can only follow the M.I.N.E.R.V.A's plan.

Looking up at the hulking behemoth, Lucifer can't help let out a childish squeal "Let's play hulk"

Just as that, both disappear, leaving only minor explosions in the now abandoned facility.

Mohave Desert, Present time.

Appearing under the shade of some rock formation in the Granite Mountains, a bewildered green creature is smashing all, in blind fury, under its shadow a humanoid figure with large wings.

'Show time'

*BOOM*BOOM*BOOM*

"ROAAAAAA!" The green goliath bellows at the sky.

Suddenly it's pelted in the head by some pebbles, as it turns it sees a figure clad in black not far away, as it stand on even level.

"Doctor Banner, if you are inside, it would be a good moment to make yourself know" Says the figure as it talks to the green giant.

"ROAAAAA!" The Hulk screams as it charges, while lifting its large fist and as it aproches the puny figure before it, the Hulk lets it have it.

*Swoosh*

The air is sliced, as Lucifer ducks under the blow, narrowly aboding, as he thrusts up to deliver an unrelenting blow to the Hulks chin.

*Boom* it connects, as the Hulk is sent backwards, resulting in a loud *bang* as his large frame meets the ground.

[Tactical battle systems activated, predictive features operational, pattern distinction online. Opponent Hulk's fist may prove overwhelming to suit's defensive mechanisms, if Hulk amasses more gamma energy in its frame. Sir is advice to fight quick or retreat.] The AI says

"ROAAAA!" Hulk screams once more as it comes charging once more, fists swinging.

"Got it, so fight fast or run fast" Lucifer responds as he once more dodges Hulks swings, while retreating.

Constantly retreating Lucifer's back finally connects with a wall, as he turns he notices he is trapped between the Hulk and a large rock, and as he sees the Hulks large green fist his back creeps with some chills.

"May he who dies, die well" Remembering the line from world war hulks comic, Lucifer utters "I've always wanted to say that"

[Not the best line, considering possible outcomes sir!] The AI berates

'I know' Lucifer thinks as he disappears from place, causing Hulks fist to sink into the wall.

Repapering two meters away from the Hulk on top of a rock formations, Lucifer comments to himself

"That was freaking terrifying!"

[As well as insane sir, imitating any hero I should know of?] M.I.N.E.R.V.A s questions, in a tone that would suggest murderous rage.

"Hahahaha…" He akwardy laughs

*BOOM*BOOM*BOOM*

The rock formation is pounded as an even more enraged Hulk smashes it to pieces.

Reaching the floor after he falls, Lucifer rolls out of an angry Hulks blow and springs up, delivering a blow to the Hulks liver.

Dodging once more, Lucifer pours on, liver again, solar plexus, head, arm throw, elbow blow, round house to the back of the head.

But fortune did not smile upon Lucifer today, for just as he once more proceeds to kick the hulk straight on, his leg is grasped in a firm hold.

[This is going to hurt] He thinks.

[Certainly sir.] Comes in the AI's cheery commentary.

*BOOM*BOOM*BOOM*

Lucifer's figure is smashed against the floor, side to side, finally ending embedded into the ground.

"ROOOAAA!" The Hulk roars as he proceeds to pummel Lucifer's armor.

[Sir, damage to the suit is grave, recommending immediate evacuation]

Silence reigns as Lucifer doesn't respond, while the Hulks fist continue to pour.

[Overriding main control, proceeding to activate emergency measures, Shadow Walk runes activating, powering with element X, charge complete, warp!] The AI frantically executes the emergency measures.

*Fwish*

Blinding light goes off as Lucifer disappears, while the monstrously enraged Hulk continues to pummel the ground into submission.

Starfold building, Armory, sickbay.

"Sir wake up, Sir!" The AI frantically calls.

*Cough*Cough*

Waking from the monumental KO of the century, Lucifer jokes "Did I get him?"

"NO! But he most certainly got you!" The AI goes berserk and screams.

"You could have died. Were data your concern, a drone might have sufficed, or remote control of the suit, yet you choose to go yourself, you were irresponsible, no! Suicidal, that's what you were, I swear…"

Hearing the scolding, Lucifer quietens, yet a glint of realization washes over him, the more he listens and understands his rash behavior, so he proceeds to ask.

"M.I.N.E.R.V.A, how goes the analysis on the (Soul)" Lucifer quietly asks

"What! Why do you inquire about that right now sir?" M.I.N.E.R.V.A screams once more, obviously noting her master's intent at changing the subject as evading her righteous fury.

"Just answer please, are the instrument calibrated for an analysis of a subject" He says in a serious voice.

"Yes they are. Who is the subject sir?" Noticing the gravity in its masters words, the AI hides her grievances and dutifully responds.

"Me" Lucifer states simply.

"I shall begin analysis sir, however our discussion is not over" The AI grumpily states.

"Yes, yes I understand" Lucifer responds as he examines his state and mentally sighs 'Sigh, I guess I should take the serum earlier than expected.'
