Advent of Chaos

A psycho gets reincarnated but there's more to his existence than one would think on a typical glance. - A technically troll fic that I got shoved onto me over halfway through. Practically a dumpster fire the first 6 chapters and somewhat readable the first 30 chapters. Those chapters also have highly unrealistic romance You have been warned.

The Shinto Gods

(A/N: Ultimate class devils hold positions like duke or duchess at the minimum so people saying they are weak or were canon fodder in the Great War is complete Bull Shit and are quite powerful, Powerful in DxD terms of course)

Asahi spent the next whole day in the Viking Ship thinking about how to convince the Shinto Gods as they were deities that preferred peace more, the Greeks and the Norse were somewhat easy to convince because their culture somewhat revolves around battle, while he could just use the names of the Greek and the Norse Pantheons to give further 'clout' to his proposal, there was still a chance of them just outright rejecting it. Sitting on the deck he smiled widely, why not 'create' a situation where they would be somewhat indebted to him.

He turned to Ultima, "Do you know how to employ that magic Rimuru was using to watch our fight?" Ultima pondered for a bit and nodded, "You knew~? But yes I did analyze it~" Asahi nodded his head, "Good, use it and monitor the Devil Activity in Japan." She pouted, "Hee~ Why~? They're so weak~!" Ultima as a demonic entity had naturally felt the existence of others similar to her existing here however, they had been so pitifully weak that she was disgusted, there were some exceptions but those were also at best, equal in power to a Greater or Arch Demon if she was extremely lenient.

He smiled and patted her head, "That's because even if someone is weak, they can still kill~" and teleported both of them to Japan, with the Christian Pantheon gearing for war it was inevitable that they would make bases here, after all Japan seems to be the focus of most if not all major events in any Anime or Light Novel set on Earth. Getting there Asahi put up some minor wards, minor for him for others not so much, and nodded to Ultima who nodded back and opened up a huge screen showing a ransacked village, with people with black bat? wings flying around, looting and raping, Ultima just looked on unfazed this was something not new to her. Asahi waved her bye and dissipated into a black mist.

Appearing at the entrance of the medieval Japan type village, Asahi nonchalantly walked in with his hands in his pockets however he didn't go unnoticed and soon was surrounded, He mentally asked Ultima, 'How many?' The reply instantly came, 'Not much~, a scouting party perhaps~? Now that I realize it didn't you know this already~?' Asahi just kept silent because it was the truth, he could almost see Ultima pouting at him.

A beautiful woman with four pairs of wing landed in front of him and licked her lips, "Ara~ A peculiar one?" Asahi facepalmed why was it always him that came across sluts one way or the other, he smirked and asked her sarcastically, "Are you a Noble? Seeing as you are an Ultimate-Class." She puffed her chest up in pride elated at being recognized, "Yes that's it, I'm Re-" Asahi cut her off by lifting her up by the throat causing her to struggle in his grasp. "On second thought I'm not interested~. A noble is a good offering, The rest of you tell me how this feels~" he said smiling gleefully and raised one hand, the sky lit up, not truly because it was covered in light spears. The Devils there looked at him in fear, they only had a few dozen high-class here the others were just middle-class at most.

Asahi smiled and brought down his hand, what followed was a scene similar to artillery bombardment but with light explosions and scale increased several fold, effectively bringing the attention of the Shinto Gods to him. Nothing was left of the devils as well as everything else, Asahi scratched his head, "Crossfire damage? Yeah, let's go with that!" The woman looked at him in fear but her pride won over, "What do you think you're doing?!" She was slammed into the ground by a wild Ultima, "I suggest watching your tone~ Wouldn't want you dead now would we~?" she said leaning down before burning her somewhat causing her to scream in pain, while Asahi watched on in amusement.

Asahi grabbed her by a leg and dragged her in to a portal, followed by Ultima who skipped behind him while smiling. The portal brought them smack dab in the middle of Yokai territory and he had dozens of spears pointed at him, He sighed, "Seriously, is this the local greeting around here or something?" None of them moved and a Tengu shouted at him, "Drop your weapons and surrender!"

"In case you can't see I don't have a weapon genius, moreover here!" he said throwing the half burnt Devil to them, a Yokai with crow wings poked her, "This woman is still alive, she's a devil!" Several gasps were heard the wings were on full display so they knew it was an ultimate class noble, Asahi gave a bow and signaled at her, "A gift before negotiations." At this moment a golden haired mature woman approached them, she had nine golden tails waving around behind her, She politely asked, "Are you perhaps the one who...?" Asahi nodded, "I figured I should bring you a gift before negotiations~."

He scowled, showing fake hate for the Devils, "I found some pests along the way." as he dusted off his hands, She nodded and calmly asked him, "Negotiations?" Asahi appeared behind her and whispered, "A somewhat sensitive topic, I would request a private conversation~, I believe this woman should suffice as enough reason for one" She nodded her head as the rest of the Yokai pointed their weapons at him since they didn't even see him move, and someone like that was dangerous.

She waved one of her hands dismissively, "This man is our guest!" Some of them backed away, but others were still adamant about not doing so, "But Lady Yasaka!" She raised her voice a bit, "Are you going to disobey me?" They shook their heads and hesitantly backed away but kept a vigilant gaze on Asahi, Ultima giggled as if they could do something. Asahi looked a bit surprised after all she looked much younger than her anime counterpart, but then again this was 700-800 before canon so it was understandable.

Yasaka led the foreign man and the little girl who sought a private conversation to a room in the Main Temple of their territory, she was still wary however confident she could beat him back in case of a stand-off after all they were directly above a Ley line and in her Kyuubi Form she was a match for the Dragon Kings so it wasn't baseless, Asahi smiled knowing her train of thoughts as if he would fight in the first place he was no battle maniac.

They sat down in on mats with a table lying between the two, Yasaka politely asked Asahi, "Tea?" Asahi nodded it was common custom, a few minutes later one of the servants brought them tea, Ultima immediately grabbed her cup and drank a bit, "Hot!" she said sticking out her tongue, Asahi quickly turned to her, "Are you okay?!" before he came to a realization, "Wait you don't get burnt!" She giggled at him and he ruffled her hair and chuckled. Yasaka smiled seeing their interaction after all it was a heart-warming scene if you didn't know both of them were verified genocidal maniacs.

Asahi leaned on the table, "You felt the earlier battle didn't you?" Yasaka nodded in affirmation and asked curiously, "Yes but then are you an envoy from Heaven?" Asahi immediately shook her his head, "No, I want an audience with your Gods." She sighed, "You can't just come here and say that, even if you are now a guest." Asahi sighed, "Look I get your gods don't like war and bloodshed but interrogate that Devil I brought and you'll be in for a surprise." She nodded her head whatever the woman revealed would certainly be interesting.

A few minutes passed and no side said anything, Asahi laid back, "Guess I'll wait." and turned to the side coming face to face with Ultima who was right next to him. Yasaka was a bit surprised, "You'll wait?" Asahi nodded, "Tell them to hurry up that interrogation." She nodded and got up after all there was no point in sitting here anymore, "I shall be back when it is done" Asahi waved her off, looking straight at one of the Yokai spying at him, startling the thing.

AN HOUR LATER

Yasaka hurried back to the room she had left Asahi in, after all with this new information they owed him a lot after all the Devils were planning to set a foothold in Japan right under their noses and it would be too late if they weren't notified right now, as such they had to give him an appropriate reward for what he had done, effectively preventing an early war. She neared his room and a singing could be heard, "Yabure No Kabure No Yabu Isha Ga~" she opened the door to see Asahi moving his head like an idiot while listening to Ultima sing.

Seeing her Ultima immediately stopped and Asahi recomposed himself looking at her with a smile, "What were you doing?" She asked with an amused smile, He immediately shot back, "Alright I'm Guilty! But I regret nothing!" after all Nyanpasu was just too great and anyone who couldn't realize that was a Heretic, whom Asahi would personally purge.

He tapped the table and smiled, "So?" Yasaka gave him a bow, "I thank you for bringing her to us!" Asahi sighed, "I don't want this I want a meeting with your Gods." She nodded her head, his contribution at least warranted a try, "I shall try-" The whole room was filled with blinding sunlight as a feamle voice was heard, "An Audience you seek an Audience we shall grant."
