The Results

Jin and Gnud simultaneously fell on their beds as the other two in their intake walked through the doors; the results of the previous exam weighed heavy on their minds as they returned from their morning meal. The fact Barruni had even joined them in the barracks instead of sleeping in her master's private quarters made the group even more hesitant about the results they would recieve. Was Adam so disappointed with them that he would punish them? Would their results force them out of the fleet?

"Aargh, what is taking him so long?" Barruni called out; she had been the most stressed of all of them. As a result, Azadin had been keeping one of the Hron between him and the predator at all times ever since the trial ended.

"We did the best we could," Gnud tried to shut Barruni down, annoyed with the woman's constant distractions.
