Acting Very Manly

Months passed and soon it had been another whole year.

Sora is now 13 years old.

His technique and skill progression has come to a complete halt. He could no longer improve from the Practice Realm on any of his skills and techniques.

The realm that every toddler could achieve easily before entering the Beginner Realm where most children will find themselves.

With that said, Sora didn't stop sparring with Ryou since the sparring helped him gain better control over his body.

Standing out in his family's backyard, Sora was moving roughly and swiftly. His movements were direct and imposing as his muscles twitched and pulsed in certain rhythms.

Today, he was finally trying to break through the last move of the technique he had understood.

Great Body Forging Technique

This was the name Sora had given this technique he had created.

Pa!

Moving through the moves in such a fierce and fluid motion, Sora breezed through 371 moves before finally arriving at the last move.

The last move had given him a lot of trouble, needing him to dedicate two whole weeks to train in it. Now, he was finally close to completing it!

Moving his arm, stomping forward and then twisting his waist, Sora felt the last point in his body become stimulated.

372 moves.

After a whole year, Sora had finally completed all the 372 moves of the Great Body Forging Technique.

He felt all the stimulated points on his body burning. Their heat began to connect and form a harmonious cycle of waves before Sora began to suddenly feel a shock course through his entire body. From deep within his bones and his bone marrow all the way out to not just his skin, but even his hair.

It was like this wave of mysterious force came from deep within his cells and body's potential.

Every portion of his flesh and bones was affected by this strange stimuli that Sora felt a wave of weakness wash over him.

He fell to the ground and lost all his strength.

Sora laid there on the ground, too stunned to speak.

Yet as if something interesting had occurred, a wide smile spread on Sora's face.

Ha!

Hahahaha!

It increased!

'My strength definitely increased,' thought Sora as he felt the weakness wash away after five seconds and his body regained its mobility and strength.

He could feel that he was indeed tougher and stronger, even his senses felt sharper and stronger than before.

The increase was minuscule, but it was definitely there.

As long as he continues to train in the Great Body Forging Technique, Sora will definitely become stronger.

Sadly, it seemed like there was a limit to the amount of times he can train in the technique once per day.

Sora felt his body and how drained it was.

It was strange.

He could clearly feel that he could use all of his strength and was still full of energy, yet he strangely felt drained.

Clenching his hands, Sora didn't think about training in the Great Body Forging Technique again for the day. He would listen to his body and be sure not to overdraft it.

Focusing on his Quirk, Sora let his regeneration try to deal with the drain he felt. It seemed to be like its effects in regeneration were nearly invisible, but it showed that it wasn't impossible.

'This will help increase the effectiveness of my Quirk,' thought Sora as he felt his Quirk try its hardest to heal the drain on his body.

"Finally…"

Sora sighed in joy.

Now, after mastering the movements of his Great Body Forging Technique, Sora felt like he can finally focus on other things. His skills and techniques arrived at a bottleneck that was currently insurmountable for him.

No matter how much he thought about it and studied for a solution, he couldn't find the answer. So, instead of stressing out over it, he left it up to luck.

Now, he was wholeheartedly going to give it his all to strengthening his Quirk.

But first…

"Baby."

Hearing his mother call for him, Sora turned to look at his mother with a smile.

"Mom," Sora answered as he hugged her.

"Mm, my baby boy is the strongest I know now," Akira praised as she looked at Sora. "Sora… do you really want to become the #1 Hero?"

Hearing his mother's question, Sora was momentarily stunned before smiling and understanding.

"Yes!" Sora said, fully confident that he could accomplish such a thing.

Although not really his goal, Sora was looking forward to fighting against that so called All Might Hero.

And any other Hero or Villain that will get in his way. His pride from his past life as the World's Strongest and Martial Saint plagued his heart. He didn't view it as anything bad since it was something he will be aiming for once more.

Hearing Sora's answer, Akira smiled as if she was relieved by that.

"My little baby is growing up…" muttered Akira before focusing and continuing. "To become the #1 Hero, you need to enter the #1 Hero School!"

Hearing his mother's words, Sora recalled what everyone had been talking about in the past two years ever since he entered middle school.

Everyone thought about their future and most thought of becoming heroes.

Those who wished to become heroes all thought of one particular place.

U.A. High School

It was the best school for training future Heroes all across the world.

A place where one can learn anything and everything needed to become a successful Hero.

Not only that, but there were also other departments that this school delved into, not just Heroes.

Supporters…

Management…

Aside from the Hero Department which Sora was obviously aiming for, he had some slight interest for the Supporter Department.

Since he will dive wholeheartedly into the Hero Department and studying Science for the sake of Quirks, Sora also wished to go to the Support Department in order to create items that can protect his family.

Something which urged him ever since he had spoken with Kakami about the Chameleon Thief.

Originally, Sora didn't really care about which Hero school he would head to since with his determination and hardwork, he will eventually arrive there. Yet now that his mother has mentioned it, he knew that she must expect him to enter that school.

'That school… will I meet stronger people?'

Feeling battle thirsty, Sora was looking forward to fighting against others.

"Alright. I will be sure to enter there, mom," Sora said, his eyes looking straight at his mom's eyes.

"My sweet baby… make me proud," Akira said as she lowered her head and planted a kiss on Sora's cheek, dangerously close to his lips.

Sora stood there, feeling her kiss.

His eyes were focused as he watched her pull away slowly.

She locked eyes with him, both their eyes peering deep into each other as she positioned her face only a couple of centimeters away from his own face.

He could feel her warm breath on his face, her eyes lingering on his golden eyes.

"Honey? Sora? I'm home!"

Hearing Kouki, Sora's father, who had arrived from running some errands, Akira simply smiled at Sora.

"My little baby is so hardworking and strong… you're not only very adorable, but also very determined. You make me rea~lly happy, Sora," Akira said, finally saying Sora's name after many years.

Her eyes lingered on Sora as she slowly removed herself from him.

'What a stunning woman.'

Sora stood there, watching as Akira turned her body and walked away.

Next morning, Sora was in the kitchen eating his breakfast whilst watching television. Usually, he watched the news, hoping to keep up with what is going on in the world and in the city he lived in.

The news today was particularly interesting.

[Eguchi Hisoka, also known as the Chameleon Thief, has finally been apprehended this morning at the…]

'Looks like they finally caught him after a year,' thought Sora as he recalled Kakami's words of caution.

Finishing his breakfast, Sora turned off the television and turned to look at his mother who was already busy working on her manga.

His father was right beside him, eating his own cereal.

"I'll be back later dad, I'm going to meet a friend at the park," Sora said, bidding farewell to his father. "Can you tell mom I'm heading out and will be back later for lunch?"

"Of course, Sora," Kouki turned to Sora with a smile and a thumbs up. "Be safe out there. Although one villain is out of the street, there are still many others out there."

"Mm, will do dad," Sora said with a nod of his head. "Be careful as well."

Grabbing his stuff, Sora walked out of the house and went straight to the park.

"Was that my little baby, darling?"

Hearing a voice coming from behind him, Kouki turned around and saw Akira curiously peaking her head out of her work room.

"Mm! He went to meet a friend and said that he will return for lunch," Kouki explained as he grabbed his plate and washed it before joining Akira in her work.

They both sat next to each other, working on a long desk with various papers scattered on them.

Ding!

"Did you order something, darling?" Akira asked, lifting her head from her work.

"Hm? No… it might be a door-to-door salesman," Kouki said curiously as he too lifted his head from his work.

Ding!

Hearing the door bell ring once more, Akira was about to stand up before Kouki stopped her.

"Don't worry about it, honey. I'll go see what they want," Kouki said, giving his wife a charming smile.

Akira nodded and watched as Kouki stood up.

"My darling is acting very manly today," Akira said in a not so hushed tone that even Kouki could hear.

"Honey!"

Kouki yelled in embarrassment, his face red.

Ding!

Ding!

"Salesmen are so impatient nowadays," Kouki complained quietly as he finally reached the front door and opened it slowly.

"Yes? How may I help you?"

"Sora-chi? What are you thinking about?"

Toga looked at Sora, his dazed face as he looked into the sky.

"Hm? Nothing," Sora said as he focused back onto Toga.

It was already the next day and Sora was now at the park with Toga.

Since he was now in middle school, Sora couldn't meet up with Toga as often as before anymore. So they decided to meet after school.

"You training has been going well," Sora said as he pulled back his hand, his bleeding finger now completely healed.

Toga smiled brightly at Sora's words.

"Mm! I'm doing great!"

Toga excitedly jumped up, her face bright.

"That's great," Sora smiled. "As a gift, I have brought something for you."

Toga's eyes lit up at Sora's words and she leaned her body forward in excitement.

She watched as Sora reached into his sweater's pocket and pulled out a bag with red liquid inside it.

"Is that…!"

Toga's eyes widened in surprise, her eyes moving from the bag to Sora's face.

"Yes. A blood bag for you," Sora said as he passed the blood bag with his blood in it to Toga. "It's for emergencies when your desires are too strong."

Toga was stunned.

She didn't know what to say.

She cautiously stretched out her hands and grabbed ahold of the blood bag gently.

"You don't need to worry about my blood going bad. I've done some small tests and it seems that my Quirk has affected my blood, allowing it to last a really long time without going bad.

The longest I have tested is half a year and it only lasts longer depending on how strong my Quirk is," Sora explained.

He knew that Toga's Quirk's desires were no longer a problem, but there was no way to know for sure. He gave her a bag of blood just to be on the safe side.

Holding the blood bag tightly, Toga held close to her chest, feeling inexplicably happy.

"Make sure to keep it hidden-"

Ssshhha!

Toga lunged forward and hugged Sora tightly. Her hands gripped tightly onto his clothes and her face was pressed against his chest.

"Thank you…"

Toga's voice was quiet and barely audible, yet Sora heard her loud and clearly.

A smile spread on his face and he gently wrapped his arms around her as well.

"I… I have to go!" Toga said, removing herself from Sora and running away.

She left Sora behind and alone on the bench at the park. Her legs ran as fast as she could, trying to get her away from Sora as fast as she could.

Her face was flushed and her heart was thumping rapidly.

'Why am I feeling like this? Why do I feel so happy? Sora…'
