The Unexpected (Early) Arrival of the Enemy

Marqis Monique rushed through the gates and straight to where the Emperor was currently resting.

"Your Majesty, Only Sun of the Empire, I, Marquis Monique greet you."

"What brings you here,Kieran? I doubt your here to visit Lady Monique."

"Your Majesty, A woman has appeared at the palace lake."

Upon hearing those words why she was hearing the sound of a clock. It was Vita mocking her for her futile attempt at trying to change her fate. Things were going back to how they were supposed to be. Jieun's arrival was prove of that.

"Am I going to end up like before?" "Can't I escape this fate?" Is what Aristia thought.

Aristia started feeling dizzy before long she lost consciousness.

"...A!" "...IA!" "...TIA!" were the first words she heard when she woke up.

Who is that? Dad? Tia asked herself as she woke up and saw her dad. She seemed ro realize something as soon as she sees her dad. [Jieun is back! but she wasn't supposed to be hear yet. she was supposed to arrive a year from now.]

"Tia, are you alright?" asked Marquis Monique asked in a worried tone. "Yes,father" she replied. "You were right. I had had my doubts about it. I'm sorry for not believing in you." Marquis Monique said apologetically

"it's okay" she replied.

Because of the situation they stayed in the palace for a week to prepare for their return. Luckily they were able to prepare quickly an thus the knights were given a break and Tia and Sein were able to train.

*A week Later at the Monique Mansion*

"Tia, the dream you had before wasn't just a dream right?" Marquis Monique asked his daughter. "Dad, I'm sorry for not telling you the full truth, but I was afraid you'd also think I was crazy" Tia replied honestly. "Also? who else did you tell" he stated, Tia hesitated before sighing and finally answering his question "Dad, i told Allen... I mean Allendis the truth, but since it sounds crazy and hard to believe... I knew he wouldn't believe me but I thought there might be a slight chance of him believing me, so I-..." Aristia fell silent before she finished her sentence. Marquis Monique finished her sentence wondering if his guess was right "So you didn't tell me the full truth because you thought I wouldn't believe you?" after a second of silence she found her voice and replied "Yes,and I thought that that would sound crazy to you,and you wouldn't believe me."

He sighed for a second and after a second he finally said, " don't be silly you're my daughter"

*time skip to when they had the meeting at court*

"In conclusion, we think that lady Jiuen is the child of the prophecy." Said the priests in unison.

Tia's POV

I thought things would finally change, ever since I fainted, it's as if vita's mocking me and my attempts to change my fate. I honestly don't know if things will repeat or if I will be able to change….

3RD POV:

After fretting about the situation, Tia decided that she will follow through and be the heir. Though she had failed in finding a replacement to be the crown prince's fiancé, and she knew that Jieun was not fit to be the empress. After all Jieun is basically a child who enjoys the benefits but doesn't know how to not wants to do work, so basically a freeloader. But at this point She(Tia) couldn't care less about the empire, while the emperor lived she wouldn't worry, and the only thing she cares about is that the houses Monique, Verita, and Ruth don't fall. She couldn't bare to see Sein or Allen suffer, especially not the knights by her side.

Just as she was fretting over how to bring up the subject, she heard vita's voice

" (I don't remember the exact prophecy so I'll make it up) As the first child falls the seventh one will rise by the sea"

Tia almost faints, she continues regains her composure and waits till the break to let the emperor and crown prince of the prophecy. They are then given a letter that matches exactly what she said. With this the emperor is even more convinced that she is the child of the prophecy and that the other child is only here to cause trouble. The crown prince on the other hand falls in love with her even more, he is filled with the greed of wanting to be one with her, though he knows he shouldn't have such thoughts especially when they are talking about a serious matter, but he can't help it. He never expected that the child he had once thought should be far from him unknowingly won his heart, but it was too late now. Unbeknownst to Ruve, Tia was slowly falling for His cousin, Carsein.

The meeting resumes and the Saint had given his opinion and shown his support towards Tia, he and the other 6 saints supported Tia as the empress, for only they knew that Tia was the one true blessed child and that Jieun was only brought into this world in both time lines to make Tia mature, she now has the resources necessary to succeed no matter what she chooses, she can have a harem or stay true to one person, she can rule of her own right and conquer other lands or stay in the manor. This only complicated things for Tia, after all she only wanted to be the heir not the crown princess or empress.

Unrelated to the story, I'm thankful for those of you who have stayed despite me being inactive for a long time, anyway it's summer here so I'll try to write as much as possible, I might start making the chapters a bit shorter, but never shorter than 12 pages, I thought it'd be easy,but it's not. Currently I'm facing writers block I'm hoping that by the end of this week, I post at least 2 chapters. Once I get used to this more I will start writing longer chapters. I will be doing a mass release next month. Should I release them all in one day or a few chapters a day?
