At some point owner of the tower died and without his/her mana tower collapsed. Centuries passed, while tower kept looking for host, using illusions to scare away those it deemed not talented or unworthy.

Over time all it's power was spent. It had to sacrifice his own walls, floors and even it's memories.

More centuries passed, but now only power core left, barely the size of pebble. It had nothing left, except it's self. Preferring death rather than become a mindless tool, it performed a gamble.

She sent signal ,which would attract any being with enough magical powers to sustain her life. The one to answer the call was Ry, she tried to communicate but their weren't any results. The beast mind was lot different from the first host. Hope was lost, she could only wait for her end.

But then he appeared saving her from the beast jaw. She was able to bond himself with the tower core by using his blood. Then she fell into deep slumber for recovering wounds.

The images disappeared, leaving Lith shocked.

Lith mind was overwhelmed, incapable of any thoughts outside jocks.
