Chapter 12

Her eyes widened as she jumped over the bridge and plunged into the depths of the river below her. As she tried to swim and fight the tides as the van fell off of the bridge and dropped like a nuclear bomb to the deep, mysterious depths...

The last thing she saw was a long-haired girl jumping out the van, and pulling her to the shore as the van burst like a fiery balloon...

The next thing she knew, she was in a wooden cabana under the hot, tuscan sun. The girl that saved her looked familiar. Then she asked " Jade? what are you doing here?"

Jade did'nt answer and instead took out a towel and gave it to Aj.

Their house's fuse box seemed like it was on the fritz. Their lightbulbs kept turning on and off. Until such time that the lightbulbs broke and shards of glass covered their wooden floors.
