Chapter 9

After Jack left, I went in side and discharged myself from the hospital. I went to the entrance of the forest. Turned into my wolf and ran to my meadow, I turned back into a human and looked around to see if the guy was still here, heart pounding in my chest. Remembering what happened last time I saw him. I went to the cave, he wasn't there. I signed with relief, then went and sat by my tree.

Then started to sing, my favorite song when I was alone. Me and my sister, Alaina used to sing together, but when she was 7 and I was 5 she was teaching me how to ride a bike. We were on the sidewalk, she was walking with me as I tried to ride the bike. Then she stepped back I a few seconds later l fell in to the road, "Sophia!" she yelled and ran to me I stood up a car was heading towards me.

Alaina pushed me out of the way. Then got hit by the car then flew a few feet away "sissy" I yelled got up a ran to her. Her blood pooled around her head, "sissy" I said will crying "hey, it's okay, everything is going to be okay, this is not your fault" she whispered. "Sissy" I said " I love you" she said then closed her eyes. "Sissy, wake up!" I yelled "wake up!"

"I need you, come back" I said crying " Mommy!!" I yelled to the house.

Mom had come running when she saw Alaina "what did you do!!" she yelled at me crying as she called 911, an ambulance was, there in a few minutes and took her away. They tried to save her but by it was to late. She was gone. Mom had blamed me for a long time, dad was always on my side. I was on my mom's side, I blame my sisters death on me, I still do, mom has forgiven me, but I can't forgive myself.

I was brought out of my thoughts and stopped singing when I felt someone's eyes on me. I jumped up and whirled around.
