Chapter 10

When I turned around I say the guy I was hoping had left, ' just my luck his not gone' I thought, my heart beat quickened.

My eyes filled with fear, he stared at me with gold eyes in stead of red eyes. I paused, curiosity replaced most of my fear, wounding how his eyes changed colors. Then I thought about what happened last time I saw him, he had moved with incredible speed, he's really strong, his wound is healed and his eyes were red and change color. Then I realized what he was.

"Y-your a v-vampire" I said, now terrified, then started to wonder why he was here in werewolf territory. " Took you long enough" he said, smirking "w-w-what are you doing here" I asked "passing through" he said, shrugging. His smile faded " what was that song called, you were singing?" he asked " n-nothing, just some stupid song I made up" I lied, it hurt me to say that. but I wasn't telling this monster anything.

He shrugged, " what ever you say, princess" he said " don't call me that" I said " I'll call you what ever I want" he said " No, you won't" I said then he suddenly pinned me against the tree. " I like you, so I'm going to give you a warning, don't argue with me, I'll call you what ever I want, princess" he said I nodded he smiled " good girl" he said

Then backed up, turned around, to see a huge black werewolf, the Alpha, my mate. Glaring at the guy in front of me, he growled and showed his teeth " well, princess, it's about time I felt" he said the he was gone. Jack ran to me, but stopped right in front of me, he sniffed me then growled, probably because I smelled like that vampire. Then looked at me with sad eyes and poked me with his nose, to my stomach.

Seeing if I was okay, I pet his head " Don't worry I'm fine" I said and smiled. Then he pushed me away from the tree and nodded to the forest, " You want me to go home? I asked he nodded his head. I looked at him confused he turned around, I took off my clothes and shifted then poked him in the back with my nose. He turned back around, then led me through the forest towards the pack house. But before we exited the forest he turned left, then soon found a dirt road, that lead to a two- story cabin.

It was beautiful, he shifted into his human form and walked into the house. I looked away, not wanting to shift in front of my mate. ' I know, we're werewolf's we're not scared of being naked in front of others, but when it's your mate, that's a different story' I thought. Then he walked out of the house with pants on and a shirt in his hand. He put the shirt in front of me and turned around, facing the cabin.

I shifted, the yanked the shirt on that went to my knees. "You done" he said "ya" I said he turned around, then whirled around and walked in to the cabin. ' what was that about?' I thought as I followed him, then went inside, the living area opened up to the kitchen and on the other side of the wall from the front door was windows from one end to the other, outside the windows was a beautiful lake. In the living room there were a set of stairs leading to the second floor.

" Welcome to, your new home!" he said exactly I smiled then realized what he just said "Wait, my new home?" I asked my smile faded " Of course, your my mate and your going to live here with me" he said " Are you not happy about it?, do you not like it?" he asked "Oh, no no, it's amazing I love it" I said "then what's the problem?" he asked "I didn't think you would want me to live with you" I said slowly

" why not, your my mate" he said my eyes started to water ' I thought you wouldn't want me like everyone else' I thought " well, n-no one has e-every been n-nice to me and..... I-I e-expected you to b-be like e-everyone else and r-r-reject me" I said a few tears, betrayed me and feel from my eyes, I quickly wiped them away.

His eyes softened, " oh, baby, I would never do that to you" he said softly rapping his arms around me, pulling me to him. I rapped my arms around his neck, laying my head on his shoulder, as a few more years fell.Then he lifted me up and walked up the stairs, to one of the rooms, sat me down on the bed. I laid down on his chest, his arms around me, I soon fell asleep.
