Date II

"This may not be that bad" I said to myself while being dragged outside by Gwen.

"Hey easy there lady, we've got all time 'till your curfew." I said then pulled my hand that she's holding.

She abruptly stopped because of me pulling her. She turned around and looked at me with 'why did you stop me' look.

"Just chill, don't rush, and enjoy it." I said then I gave her a million dollar smile.

"O-ok, then let's go." She stuttered a little then quickly turned away.

"Yeah, let's go!" Now it's my turn to pull he, albeit more gently, to the car.

While we are closing in to the car, I saw Mr. Rogers looking at us with a gentle grandfatherly smile. His smile is so gentle and peaceful.

"Hey young ones, get in the car" he said as we are approaching.

"Ladies first." I said, holding the door open for Gwen.

I looked at her with a smile then winked. She smiled back with a tinge of pink on her cheeks.

"Thank you" she said while entering the car.

I quickly got to the other side of the car and entered, sitting beside Gwen.

I looked at her, with more attention, to appreciate the beauty sitting beside me.

She's my first date, in both of my lives, and oh boy how I hit the jackpot.

Just look at her, smoke colored eyes, short blonde hair, beautiful face, awesome body proportion and of course, her bubbly but when it is needed, serious demeanor.

"You'll get tired of me quickly if you keep looking at me like that." She says as she, too, looks at me then smiled.

'And that damn smile.'

"No, I'll never get tired looking at you. You're beautiful." I said as I don't really know what to reply.

She's the perfect girl, well at least for me, she is.

The ride to the location of our date took more or less half an hour, and the time right now is 33 minutes before 5.

We are currently lining up for the movie, 'Star Wars: Phantom Menace'

"I didn't know that you're a star wars fan." I said while looking at the line, we're almost in front now.

"Yeah, my dad is a huge fan, he even have a shirt with the autograph of the cast." She said, chuckling at what she said.

(A.N.: This is just me bullshitting my way through)

"Well, I guess the saying 'don't judge a book by its cover' is true. Didn't know the police captain is one of us" I smilingly said.

"One of what?" She's looking at me, intrigued and confused by what I said.

"Nerd" I smirked, then entered the cinema, pulling her hand gently.

===After the Movie===

"That is really one of the best movie" I stated, with a wide smile.

"Yeah, it's so good. And the special effects is awesome too, for that time atleast." She complimented.

As far as this date goes, I think I'm doing great! Why great? C'mon, right from the start we're doing the most lewdest thing in the planet, We're holding hands!!

Ok, jokes aside. I think this date is running on a very good course right now, we're comfortable with each other, little to no awkwardness. What more can I wish?

"You hungry?" I asked her, not because I'm hungry or anything, I just want to ask her if she wants to eat now as it is almost 8 pm.

"Yeah, I'm starving! Where are we going to eat?" She asked me back after giving an affirmation to my question

"What do want to eat? Light meal or something that will really make us full?" I answered her with another question.

She took a thinking posture, tapping her chin.

"Well, I guess I can forget about my diet for today!" She said then smiled at me

'Damn, her smile is so beautiful'

"What do you think about ramen?" I asked her, hoping she'll agree.

"What? You know some good ramen place?" She asked back.

I smiled at her then nodded.

"Yes, so let's go!" I said energetically, pulling her with me as I run.

====Few Minutes Later====

"Old Man Stan's Ramen Shop, the best ramen place that I know" I said with a wide smile, looking at that plain, wooden sign where the shop's name was engraved.

I took Gwen's hand then lead her inside for us to eat. And yes, HE owns this place, that is one of the reason that I love this place, and of course the ramen here is really the best.

"Hey Grandpa Stan! Two orders of the usual!" I yelled while going to 'my' table, I'm really a frequent costumer here that I started to call the usual table that I used as 'my' table.

"Oh! hey young Ivan! Ok, two chashu roll ramen, coming right up!" An old man with a white mustache and genial smile yelled back.

Gwen is looking around with curiosity evident in her eyes.

"This place is quite neat, not like those ramen shop close to our school." She said, still looking around.

"Yep, Grandpa Stan cleans this place himself. Sometimes the regulars are helping him clean his shop." I said, smiling at the wholesomeness of the place.

We reached our table and sat down, waiting for our food to come.

"Hey, fair warning. The ramen serving here is quite large, so tell me if you can't finish it." I said to her as I know how large the servings here, and I won't really complain as the ramen here really is awesome.

"Don't worry, I said I'll ditch my diet for today" She answered my warning with a mischievous smirk.

"Okay then, don't blame me later ok" I said, with a smirk of my own.

A few minutes passed and our food came, Stan brought it to us himself.

"Here's your food youngsters. I added another half of meat in there, you'll need to eat properly to grow well. Especially you young man." The old man said with a hint of mystery in his voice, putting a tray with two huge bowls of ramen.

If I dodn't know who he is maybe I'll get confused, but I know him, so the mysteries are out and I know what he really mean.

"This is so big!" Gwen exclaimed, eyes wide with shock.

*cough* "That's what she said" *cough* I muttered in between my coughs.

She looked at me, red faced as she realized the other meaning of what she just said. I just laugh at it then gestured to start eating.

We ate for almost an hour and a half, my jaw is kinda painful but it is satisfying nontheless. And to my surprise, Gwen finished the whole serving without any help and wanted to have another one until I mentioned her 'diet' and that caused her to pout. And damn that was cute.

"Wanna go to our last place today?" I looked at her and said with a mysterious smile.

She looked back then flashed a wide smile at me.

"Let's go!" She yelled happily.

Then we make way to our last and final destination for the night.

Hello guys, I'm back. My health is getting better and better, just some minor headaches but manageable, so expect a slower updates, maybe 1 chapter every other day.

And I want to thank those who reads this thing that I'm writting, I'm just thankful that somebody likes what I'm doing.

Okay, enough of that cheesy lines and get to those that some readers may find a problem.

First of all, those few chapters where I wrote about what happened to runeterra(last part of chapter 13 and the majority of chapter 14) is the 'current timeline', but I did something that will change 'that timeline' as I don't want to spoil the ending that I want.

You can just think of it as an alternate ending if the mc is not there, but with the mc there, the changes will be massive.

So expect me to do something that you will never expect.
