Chapter 1 - Koike (origin)

Now if this is the story of where I become the number 1 hero, you'd be wrong. That story has already been told. Izuku Midoriya...

This is the story of me becoming the best hero I could ever aspire to be! My name is Koike, I don't know my last name so if you wanted one I couldn't give you one. I was born and raised here in Japan. It's the only home I have ever known. The cherry blossoms every spring, and the beautiful oceans!

But when I was younger my mother got caught in a fire incident. My dad was working overseas so my mom and I were the only ones home. In the middle of the night, our house burst into flames. I woke up to the sound of my mom dragging me out of bed. While we were leaving the house many of our exits were cut off by falling debris. My mother got me out through a broken window. When it was her turn the ceiling fell on top of her. I ran the rest of the way out and heard her screams of agony for 10 minutes before the fire department arrived and the screams stopped.

Besides my mother's death, another bad thing happened to me, bullying. From the first day of school day of school; to my last day of middle school. I would go to school to get bullied. Finally, my father pulled me out of there and said I would be homeschooled. That was a bit over 3 years ago.

Listen, I may be a shy person, but who says a shy person can't be a hero? My quirks are Rapid healing and Precognition. I can heal any wound, of course, there are limitations like death and fatal wounds or if I'm low on stamina. Rapid healing takes my stamina in return and causes me to faint at a certain point. I've only had that happen once though. Precognition allows me to see up to 3 days into the future. I know that if I learn more how to use it I could use it even longer! My main weakness is that after 3 days even 3 days and 1 minute, the future can get fuzzy or even completely wrong!

I completely avoid using Rapid Healing for it causes the same problem that happened to my mother. Not to mention after that day I couldn't even look at the slightest of fires without freaking out and having a panic attack. I know childish and stupid but I was also forced to hear the screams of my mother as I stared into the burning flames. 

Now enough with my quirks. You probably want to know what I look like beforehand. I have long jet-black hair. It's slightly wavy and it goes down to about my waist. Which is the main reason why I wear it in a low messy ponytail. If you didn't know before I am 15. I have dull green eyes and when I activate my quirk my eyes become a bright neon green. I also wear a fingerless glove on my right hand. I don't know why but it helps me focus my quirk better.

I have a few hobbies and that includes yoga! I understand, what a mom thing to like Yoga helps me calm and focus my mind on something completely different.

I also really like this old game called Minesweeper! I like the risks you take. Not to mention using my precognition makes it the easiest game to play! 

My secret ability/hidden talent is being able to spot risks/mistakes in a plot or plan. Yes, I know, "It's because of your precognition!" Well, it isn't I grew up watching my dad taking risks and spotting mistakes in plans his employees made. 

As I said before my dad is a businessman. He works at a company called, "QuirkTech Comp." They create tech for pro-heroes! Sometimes even gear for students in different hero schools! My father is the CEO and the company was built by my grandfather when he was only 16! 

The company blew up and heroes from all over the world beg for their gear. The gear heroes get is high quality and in some cases, it breaks the laws of physics. I've always been able to see heroes even heroes such as All Might. Maybe that's why I aspire to be one so badly, and I'm lucky my father supports me, unlike his father who forced him into the business.

My father's quirk is hypercognition; see where I kinda got mine? My father's IQ is incredibly high and he's almost able to see into the future with the plans he can create!

My father is 49 at the moment. He's a Japanese man and my mother was a Korean. So some people say I look Korean others Japanese. Perhaps that's why I was bullied. My father has dark brown hair and blue eyes. He's a tall man with a fixed structure. Not to mention filthy rich. So when my father offered me a recommendation for the UA entrance exam. 

You have to understand how excited I was when he said that. So how about we get to that moment?
