David's mind began to spin as his eyes close for a split second. He thought about the weaknesses and targets he should go for first. Since he knew about spiders more and their web and how they could incorporate it into their attacks, especially in this world, he decided to kill this queen first.

Opening his eyes, David dashed towards the spider queen and extended his claws even further using earth mana which pierced the right legs of the spider queen, making her screech in pain.

With that, David tilts his head, somehow completely dodging the rat king's bite. Within that time, David was able to slightly cut the rat's side and slightly lengthened his claws to pierce the wound again.

With the wound pierced, he quickly casted {Fire Claws} on the same set of claws, burning the insides of the rat king, killing it as he plunged the claws deeper into the rat, making it scream in pain as it was slowly dying.

Because it was plunged into the rat, he broke off the earth part of the claws so he could doge a web blast from the spider queen.

'Much weaker than I thought... and their auras were even stronger than the others...' David squinted his eyes, trying to observe if there was anything like a secret weapon from these beasts.

The spider queen fire webs everywhere, leaving David with no space to leave the room. In response, David poured a large portion of his mana, creating 4 thick walls surrounding the spider queen.

David quickly clapped his hands, making the walls begin to close on the spider queen, and while that was happening, David's tail was moving towards the rat king's corpse and stored it into his inventory.

"I... you know what, I'd rather not have an arachnid nor insectoid blood in flesh as a part of my evolution...but I'd rather choose the insectoid if I had to..." David decisively closed the walls all the way, crushing the spider queen to smithereens.

"I guess I'll evolve after I escape from this cave... time to clear up the area." David muttered as he heard the sounds of the doors opening, seeing an army of monsters staring at him in what seems to be... hatred? He couldn't tell, but he could feel.

'Welp, I don't have time for this crap...' David squinted his eyes, glaring at them.

Some of the monsters shivered at his look and backed off slightly.

With the few days David had stayed in this cave, the primal rule of monsters which the strong rule the weak, or eat the weak existed, making him look at the cowering monsters in disdain.

Arousing their fighting spirit, they all charged at him, ready to tear him apart, though, in his eyes, they were just weak prey.

Lifting his claws, David made a light horizontal slash, killing the entirety of the front lines in an instant, cutting the monster militia into pieces.

Before they could snap out of their shock, David jumped towards them, slashing them apart with his claws in a brutal manner, getting blood and flesh all over his body. Even though he was a monster, he was still conflicted as the monster side wanted more carnage, his human side just cringed at the sight of the dead monsters on the ground.

David didn't let the one at the back escape either, he cleanly aimed for decapitating them as he might need them later on, for... exchanging money when he gets to human civilization.

After he stored the bodies that weren't completely ruined, he ran around the entire cave, especially towards the places he didn't explore yet first.

Arriving at the spider territory, he quickly dispatched the mutated spiders and occasional rats here and there.

The entire process took a quick hour to clear most of the area. Instead of searching for the last few spiders, David began to feel a bit bored and instead decided to clear the rat's territory.

Repeating the same process, he was able to clear it within 50 minutes this time.

"Man... I really do need to leave now..." David looked at the number of cleanly killed corpses in his inventory, with each species going to number at least in the 300s.

"Hmmm... what would I need to know when I leave..." David muttered, thinking to himself as he walked up the stairs.

'Monetary currencies, values, laws, maybe schools and nobles, maps, and other agencies I could look for first? Practicing using human language would be a good start.' David thought as he opened his mouth, doing basic greetings, to all the way into full-blown speeches, using his {Correction} skill.

As he was practicing Iklari (Human Language), his tail was moving back and forth as to when David approached an obstacle, his tail automatically uses force to break it apart, and if it couldn't it would mold magic to make it split apart so David's practice could continue.

Seeing that he was finally on the top floor of the supposed dungeon or whatever, David settled down for the night, taking out large amounts of corpses and dismantling them like a madman.

By the time he was done dismantling all of them, David looked out, only to see that it was nighttime. He made a campfire and looked at the notifications that he ignored today.
