"Now we move on to, The Award Ceremony!!!"

I was in a very joyful mood and Bakugo wasn't there to ruin it for me.

The boy had been subdued ever since his defeat at my hands. I had faced his strongest move and defeated him with my own. For the time, I was stronger than him and he seemed to have accepted it.

While he did constantly glare at the back of my head when we were sitting amongst the audience, he wasn't unhinged. My opinion of him changed a bit after that.

Bakugo, while brash and highly competitive, had a good head on his shoulders and knew how to control his anger.. sometimes. In canon, he was acting the way he did because Todoroki didn't use all of his strength against him. For someone who wanted to be the strongest, Todoroki's refusal of using his flames against Bakugo was a big insult.

Bakugo had wanted to defeat Todoroki to solidify his position as the best. He couldn't be the best if his opponents didn't face him with everything they had.

Also, Todoroki had used fire against Midoriya and the Pomeranian and the crybaby had a weird S and M relationship.

Anyway... I maintained an indifferent expression while silently ogling Midnight in her tights. If one looked close enough, they could see the outline of her erect nipples.

Her introduction overlapped All Might's booming voice as he jumped all the way to the centre of the stadium, "... here with the medals!!!"

Midnight nervously apologised, "I cut you off. Sorry."

After that little... moment, All Might began awarding us the medals.

"Young Midoriya! Congratulations..."

As he awarded the bronze medal, he talked to Todoroki, "... I'm proud of you, young Midoriya. Although, next time, try not to hurt yourself to such an extent."

Midoriya replied quietly, "T-Thank you, All Might! I'm sorry, I couldn't win. Y-You told me to sh-show the world that 'I am here', but, I-I failed."

"You have done enough, young Midoriya. I could not have chosen a better successor."

All Might gave him a hug as the boy tried not to wail like a newborn.

Next, he gave the medal to Iida... which was surprising.

In canon, Iida was not there to accept his medal because his brither had been attacked by Stain. The boy's presence at the ceremony made me think, 'Has he not been informed? Or, has Ingenium not been attacked by Stain? I guess this is another deviation from canon. This... may have quite a few repercussions.'

Then, he gave the silver medal to Todoroki and said, "Young Todoroki, congratulations! You really did amazing in the tournament!"

Todoroki replied, "I have learnt a lot about myself in this tournament. There's much to think about and bridges to mend. Next time, I'll defeat him."

"I'm sure that whatever you decide, it will be for the best. Accept this medal, young Todoroki."

After that, was my turn.

"Congratulations, Young Asui! You have earned this medal! It was a spectacle to see you perform so wonderfully in this festival!"

"Thank you, All Might."

As he was putting the medal around my neck I whispered to him, "You need to mind your surroundings when you are talking about secret stuff, All Might. Did you not know? I can hear waaay better than anyone here. Now, of course I'm curious. How is Midoriya your successor?"

The man's face froze and I could see the shock in his eyes.

"How about we talk when regular classes resume. I can sense there's some big secret behind this given that you look this shocked. Now, you're needed away from me. Finish the ceremony, All Might."

Turning around, he addressed everyone, "W-Well, these are your winners!! But hold on everyone! Each and every student here has the potential to stand where these four are. The sprouts of today will grow into the heroes of tomorrow!! Competition! Encouragement! Pushing each other higher and higher! In that spirit, let's have one final cheer!!"

"Everyone say it with me!! One, two and..."

"Thanks for the hard work!!!" "Plus Ultra!! huh?"

"All Might! Weren't we supposed to say 'Plus Ultra'?"

"Oh right... It's just that they really did work so hard and..."

The ceremony was over and I quickly left for the locker room. U.A. truely had everything to offer. Even baths for the students.
