Eventually the young girl becomes numb and stops caring about everything. Atom learns at age 14 that her entire life was a lie (big shocker). She loses everyone who she thought was her family and freinds and was now in the hands of the mob and a strange man claiming to be her grandfather and the leader of a Mafia. See how she copes and overcomes/deals with the challenges.
