A Gunslinger’s System in a World of Magic

A reputation as ‘The Most Feared Gunslinger In the West’, and the Law hot on his heels, Henry Morgan had lived a full life. So when it all ended with a gunshot to the back of his head, he was quite ready. He embraced death… He embraced his end. Except it wasn’t the end… Some mysterious [Powerful Forces that be] wrenched him out of the world he knew and deposited him into the body of a version of himself in a Parallel world. A world where something as ‘impossible’ as Magic apparently exists. These [Powerful Forces that be] went a step further by granting Henry a System and issuing him strange prompts and Quests that send him down a road of Adventure and bloodshed all so he can etch his name in history and show this world and its many ‘wonders’ just how deadly a Gunslinger can be…

Two Guards on patrol saw Henry first.

They paused their walk and looked at him as his horse trotted over. His face was slightly covered by the shadow cast by the brim of his black hat. A soft wind blew his coat apart just enough for them to catch glimpses of his guns.

"Halt!" One of the two Guards he met first, called out with a hand stretched forward,

"This area is off limits."

Henry said nothing. While riding closer, his eyes darted around to pick out all the Guards he had to worry about. There were about Fifteen of them including the ones playing card games. Even when he was normal, these numbers were hardly a cause for concern. However, there was a reason he had come close and it was to try and preserve the explosives.

"-Nyx, you can get to it, can't you?-" he asked.

Nyx let out a snort like she was almost insulted he even had to ask,

"-Before they can blink-" she said.
