First Day (1)

<Due to multiple people mentioning wanting two read the old version I posted it under the same name as (the old version) do keep in mind there are no ties between the two with the plot/plans.>

The rest of the drive to school was quiet. Rosalie still had a angry look on her face while Emmett did his best impression of a statue. Cain and Alice sat in the back enjoying the chill of the wind as they cuddled in the back seat. The Volvo fallowing not far behind.

After a short while but an eternity for Emmett, they arrived at the school. The two vehicles came to a stop at the edge of the parking lot. Cain was excited and depressed as he got hopped out of the car without bothering with the door.

He was excited because he wanted normalcy after all he has been through. He however was depressed because he never like going to school in the first place. But even so, when Carlise said he didn't have to go he didn't even hesitate to go back. Something about the annoyance and monotony of school brought him the peace of mind he desired.

As he stepped out of the car he couldn't help but take in the sight before him. All the students in the parking lot were looking in their direction. Sure everyone in his new family was attractive but why were they so awe-struck?

Cain was interrupted from his thoughts as he jolted forward. Alice having jumped from the car and latched on to his back wrapped her legs around his waist. "What's wrong?" She questioned as he kissed his cheek. Cain's hands caught her thighs as he replied.

"Why are they staring at us so hard? If I didn't know better I'd swear I was a rabbit instead of a fox." Cain was right because as he finished his words the gazes became more intense. Cain had to double-check and make sure he actually remembered to hide his ears and tail.

At that time Edythe walked up beside him and answered his question. "They see us like celebrities for some reason or another. They also judge us because even though we are a 'family' we are all in a relationship with each other. They had long heard about you joining us so seeing Alice cling to you like a koala just stoked their fire."

Indeed most of the chatter he could hear was about him and Alice. Cain just shrugged after understanding the situation his hand slapping lightly on to Alice's thigh as he let her down. "Oh well, not that they matter anyway. Let's go in first Alice I still need to do some paperwork and get my schedule."

Pulling Cain by his hand under everyone's watchful gaze Alice skipped forward excitedly. "Sure I'll show you around before class starts. I hope we have some classes together." Cain couldn't help but smile seeing her leading him forward. Her hand holding his tightly as they swerved through the halls.

After a short stop at the main office, Alice and Cain could be seen slowly walking through the empty halls. Alice's head was buried in his arm as Cain tried to comfort her. "Alice it's fine. We will see each other at lunch and after school. We don't need to be in the same classes. Besides even if we were it would be highly unlikely."

Cain spoke in a soft voice like he was coaxing a child. He himself didn't want to part from her either but he knew they should get used to being apart. If they shared classes and were together at all times he would feel lost without her. He wanted them to be able to be their own people.

"I know it's just I've been waiting for you for so long and now that I have you I don't want to let go. But I understand it can't be helped." Her shoulders droop slightly before she perked back up. With a small hop, she came in front of Cain holding both of his hands she looked up into his eyes. Her eyes narrowed as she lightly bit her lower lip. "So in exchange, you better give me lots of love later."

Cain's own eyes narrowed sharply as his hands moved to her waist. Holding her firm he pulled her into his chest. Her small frame pushed against his hard chest as he leaned down till their faces were about to touch. His husky voice was deeper than she had ever heard rung in her ears.

"Don't tempt the beast little pixie. You don't know when he will decide to eat you." His face moved beside her ear as he bit her earlobe gently. Her body shuddered as her body lost strength in his embrace. Her small body was pinned between Cain and the lockers along the wall.

His hand slipped down her back as he continued to nibble on her ear. "And I thought I had sensitive ears. "His hot breath tickled her sensitive skin as her hands gripped his shirt. "How about we go for another 'run' later and we can make up for lost time." His large hands got a firm grasp on her small but perky ass and squeezed causing her to gasp.

She could only good her head as the bell signaling it was time to head to class rang. Cain let her go as he could hear students start to head their way. Cain watched as she quickly ran down the hall and away from him with a smirk on his face.

Looking down at the schedule in his hand Cain headed off toward his first class. His first class was English with Mr. Mason. Seeing the subject he started to regret his choice to go back to school. Even though it was his main language he had better luck with other languages when it came to class.

New Pov

I had just sat down in my first class of the day regretting coming to forks instead of staying with my mother. I hated the attention. Even more with Erick's machine gun questioning me of my life in Phoenix. Just as I finally got Erick to leave me alone and I thought the class was about to start the the door opened once more.

In came a tall unnaturally handsome boy with bright blue shoulder-length hair and eyes. The chatting class quickly quieted down as he did exactly as I did at the start. His deep voice grumbled out like gravel. "I'm Cain Fennix today is my first day." The teacher quickly signed his paperwork and handed it back to him.

"You must be the Cullen's new boy. I hope you are as well-behaved as the rest of your siblings." the blue-haired boy just chuckled as he replied with a smile. "I'll try I should at least be better than Emmett." The teacher just rolled his eyes as if remembering something annoying and pointed at me. "Just go sit next to Isabella, she is a new student like you."

Cain turned and headed my way after Mr. Mason gave his instructions. His head tilted ever so slightly as he looked at me.

Normal Pov

Cain looked toward where his teacher pointed and saw a rather beautiful for this schoolgirl with long brown hair and a pale complexion. His head tilted at the fact she was also a new student. She shifted awkwardly under his gaze as he arrived at the empty seat beside her. On the other side was an Asian boy with greasy unkempt hair and a poor complexion. But the boy's gaze confused Cain as he looked at him like a piece of meat.

Sitting down Cain stuck his hand out in greeting. "Sup fellow newby ready for the great fun of a new school." Cain spoke with a smile on his face and sarcasm in his voice. His hand hung there for a moment before she awkwardly took it and slightly smiled. "As ready as I can be." Her voice came out slightly low but clear as day to Cain.

The first two classes went by smoothly with them making some small talk about adjusting to forks. As it turned out their classes were the same so they stuck together. When it came time to go Erick lead them to their next class while struggling to flirt with the brick wall that was Bella as she liked to be called. Only to be swapped with another guy named Mike for the following class. He had spiky blond hair and a baby face making him look like he was trying too hard with his jacket.

Mike followed Erick's example and being a pushy flirt and Cain held no imagination that it would have been worse without him there if that was possible. Tho Bella seemed grateful for his presence for that very reason. The problem reversed on to him the following classes as it was his turn to be harassed.
