Chapter 2: Faith And Destiny Kept Interfering.

She always makes them feel that they are safe, free, and precious even now and no matter what, as long as they don't deny humanity, they will always be a precious existence.

She always makes sure to make her clients realize that it doesn't matter if the whole world doesn't consider them as precious, they always have to love themselves and consider their selves the most precious in the world.

They arrived in front of a 5-star restaurant. Victoria was a very wealthy person. She comes from a well-off family but her entire family was not as wealthy as her.

As to how that happened, she just invested her savings in the share market. After getting a profit, she invested in a business of her trusted and talented friend who only lacked capital.

Soon, her friend earned a lot of profits. She kept purchasing shares of well-doing enterprises and corporations.

Since she was little, her grades were bad, her handwriting was bad, and she didn't have an interest in almost anything. She always considered herself dumb but she desperately wanted to become independent. Therefore, she had planned to somehow get a good degree from college and start working early. However, life never goes as planned.

It all started with that incident. There was a little girl in the area she lived. She didn't know the age or name of that girl. She didn't even know if she lived in that area. She only saw her once.

It was late at night, she suddenly has a craving for ice cream. She went out on her bike and brought chocolate ice cream cones.

After parking her bike in the underground parking, she started walking towards her home when she noticed the little girl. She was staring at the ice cream in her hands, she didn't know why that little girl was out alone but when she noticed that lonely girl staring at the ice cream in her hands with sparkling eyes, she just couldn't bear to ignore her. She walked towards that girl and gave her one of her cones.

When the girl saw that, she hesitated to take it. In the end, when that girl looked like she is going to not take it, Victoria just put it in her hands and said.

" Take it as a gift from a neighbour. "

The girl hesitated for a long time as she started at Victoria. Victoria felt sympathetic towards the kid and patted her head as she said.

" Take it or it's gonna melt."

Finally, the girl took it. After that, she smiled sweetly at Victoria and smiled.

" Thank you!"

Victoria smiled as she felt good. Then she noticed that the ice creams were melting. She thought that it would be better to eat them here. Then she sat down beside the girl on the steps. There were two steps in front of the gate of a house as they sat there.

Victoria and the girl enjoyed their ice cream without talking to each other. They were both engrossed in their movement. Finally, after they both finished their ice cream, they looked at each other.

That little girl smiled cheekily at her. Victoria felt warm at heart. She noticed that it was getting late and asked the girl.

" Why are you not going in?! It's late already. Where are your parents?!"

The little girl thought for movement and said.

" Mommy is working at a house. I am waiting for her to get off before."

" Oh... " Victoria didn't say anything as she decided to wait for that girl's mommy to pick her up. She thought it wasn't safe at night so she waited.

After God know how long, a woman with wrinkles on her face finally comes back. She looked tired yet humble. After pondering for a movement, Victoria just said goodbye to them and went back to her home. Before leaving, she saw that girl was not wearing any windbreaker in the cold and put her windbreaker around her. Saying goodbye to her with a smile before leaving.

That night, she didn't know why she couldn't sleep. She kept remembering that girl. At that time, things were also not peaceful in her home. Her parents found a good person for her engagement but she kept rejecting them.

They thought she had someone she already loves and asked her if she is rejecting them because of that but she said she is just not interested in engagement or marriage. Because of that, she had a huge argument with her family. She was really in a bad mood before she slept.

The next day, she went to work. Her job was an accounting job. She had passed her MBA and was done with the internship. She wanted to resign today and work somewhere else. In another city on her own. However, things can never be planned in life as faith and destiny kept interfering again and again. Maybe it was her faith to meet that girl and her destiny to do what she did further.

After getting her recommendation certificate and finally finishing her internship, she was going to apply for an interview at a corporation in another city.

However, Victoria didn't know that her life was completely going to change since that day...
