Chapter forty three

Amber just shot the bastard, I  am happy she did,

I know this was hard for her but I will need her to be strong so no one messes with her again.

I look at her as Marco drives the car she looks a little bit unsettled still.

I put my hand on her knee and at her,

She looks at me and I smile, 

It's all okay I say to her, it's going to be okay I repeat.

I rub my hand up her thigh and she does not move,

I don't go further I take my hand off and relax

Are you scared? she asks, 

Taken aback I replied "of what?

She stays silent and then, I  look at her was it an invitation?

Yes it is, I  don't say a word

A smile falls flat on my face and I move closer, enough not to scare her  enough for her to know I want her, enough for her to see my eyes, 

And I pull her into a kiss  a soft gentle kiss one that turns fire on my lips as I feed on her desires, 

She pulls back and looks at me  a faint smile rises just as my wood  I let my hands loose now and they flow the length of her body,

She melts under my touch, 

She pulls me in and we make out some more  she knows how to rake out, 

She must have practiced with who  damn I don't mind anymore,

Her hands are holding the nape of my head as she pulls me in, 

The car stops and we both adjust ourselves properly,

We kiss once more and she leaves the car, I  let her go even though I don't want to, I  unwind the glass next to me and watch her enter her house.

Marco brings down the divider in the limo and asks " boss where are we heading?

I ignore him for a minute And say "home"

Then I saw her standing there this wench what is she up to why is she here?

I don't tell Marco to move she looks at me and walks towards the limo.

Giving private rides now, are we?

You seem jealous do you want one,

She smiles I am not leaving yet she says 

What are you doing here Roberta

I am here to ask her about her ordeal  we haven't yet captured whoever took her,

And I hear a student of yours is also missing?

Strange don't you think  one dies the next day another is captured and now you have another of your student missing, 

You certainly have been doing a good job teaching them how to protect themselves.

Wow Antonio you have grown soft

My face grows hot, I  grit my teeth  so I don't say anything to her, 

My fist clenched waiting for and my patience hanging by a tread.

 The only thing holding me back from is the side of the law I was standing on.

Surely the law won't save her every time

So I sigh and say "Have a good night detective".
