Chapter 6:

"I'd like to learn to fight, please teach me." I requested Purah and Symin over dinner to teach me to fight, I honestly expected them to say no, or that they just didn't know how to fight, either way I was expecting them to say no.

"Oh, this is unexpected, we thought you'd wait until you had more than one rune under control," they looked at each other with a look of surprise on their faces, until their surprise turned to jubilation," But yes, we will train you, what do you think of learning the ways of a Sheikah ninja, I was after all a ninja when I was younger. What do you thing?" Purah finished that sentence with a smile covering her aged face.

"Yes! I *cough* would love that, thank you both so much." I almost shout the first part in excitement, before coughing and continuing, I was honestly ecstatic that they, Purah at least, was trained enough to train me, even in the way of the Sheikah ninja.

"Ah yes, and then he can start getting better research materials for us, oh I can't wait." Symin said excited, maybe even more than me. "I can try and train him to be more observant in combat, it's not much but it can definitely make a difference fighting even basic enemies, such as a blue bokoblin."

"What do you mean blue bokoblins' being the basic enemies? I thought that red bokoblins' were the base enemy." I asked with slight shock.

"Well yes, that would normally be the case, but since Ganon was unleashed, the monsters have been strengthened." Symin said, "And since he's been imprisoned in the Castle, he's been leaking his energy throughout the kingdom, and the blood moon's only magnifying the change, now think about it, Calamity Ganon has been awakened in these lands for 98 years, now within those years, how many Blood moons have there been? 100's? 1000's? Whatever the case, the aura has leaked throughout the whole of Hyrule thus strengthening the monsters."

"Wow…" I was left speechless, for the fact that there was such a complex reason about why the monsters were so strong. "That… leaves me speechless." I gasped in astonishment, that explains so much in the game, it never fails to astound me when this world shows me something more amazing than the last.

"Training will start in 2 days. So be ready, we don't want you sleeping in, now do we." Purah said with a smile covering her face. As she said this we tidied up the dinner table, or the table where we have dinner, I tidied up, wiped down the table, and cleaned the dishes. When it was all over I prepared to go back to my room and meditate, I grabbed the two books, one was about the Sheikah clan and one was a short review on the effectiveness of the Sheikah tribe's warriors.

I went to bed and meditated, I made much more progress than I usually did, I wondered if it had anything to do with the calming effect of the blue flame, and my mind almost immediately made that idea certain in my mind. I remembered that moment well, the feeling of familiarity, it calmed me down, almost as if bringing my emotion to an equilibrium, like a refresh. After trying to estimate my level of improvement for magnesis, I could tell my speed had improve by at least 5/cm per second, it isn't much, definitely, but it's an improvement. While the strength of the magnesis, has at least doubled, I can now almost hold 3 arrows, but two is more stable. I have also came to the conjecture, that the strength, speed and any other bonus, of the different runes, are dependent entirely on the strength and control of the trigger emotions.

I was honestly so excited to learn how to fight, especially how to train and become a ninja of the Sheikah level. Hopefully I do a good job and don't mess up too badly.
