A bored Gamer and his budding harem~! (Dropped)

A/N : You guys know all the copyright crap? Imagine it’s all here… . . . . . . Echo had always been mature for his age, apathetic and indifferent to almost everything in general, even his own life. There were few things that could hold the interest of the nineteen year old high school drop out, his family being one of them. But even towards them, he found himself barely capable of expressing his emotions. To the outside, he is a cold, aloof, perhaps even arrogant, and unfriendly introvert whose dead-black eyes makes one refrain from even wanting to talk to him. Echo had a secret, however. One that he had never told anyone, not even the woman he calls ‘Mom’ in his monotonous, almost emotionless voice or the rest of his ‘family’ despite holding great affection for them. He is, in fact, a reincarnator. ((You slept in bed. HP restored. MP restored. All abnormal statuses cleansed.)) And one fine morning, when he opened his eyes from a good night’s sleep, his ‘cheat’ arrived.

"Status.", Echo whispered as he looked at the rising sun.

Looking at his short yet concise Status, Echo couldn't help but grin widely.

Tier 3 Level 81 'Focus' which increased all EXP he got, be it Skill EXP or Job EXP, by a whole 8,100%.

Tier 2 Level 31 'Equipment Mastery', which increased all damage, attack speed, accuracy, etc… when using any weapon by a whole 310%.

Tier 1 Level Max 'Combat : Sin of Wrath', which increased all his stats during combat by 100%.

Tier 1 Level Max 'Strategic Combat Mastery', which increased the stats of those that obey his commands by a whole 100%.

'Clairvoyance(II)' and 'Anomalous Mind(I)' need not be mentioned, and as for 'Summon : Legion(II)'…

. . . . . .

[[Legion(II)]]

— [Jobless(Lv-0/0)]

— [Jobless(Lv-0/0)]

. . . . . .

Echo's eyes flashed as he tapped on 'Bones'.

((Select next Job?))

Then, a list of Jobs available to the level-100 Skeleton Magician appeared before him. The list was unsurprisingly larger than the previous one, having more than 30 Jobs available.

But of them all, Echo had already decided on which to choose.

((Confirm selection of Job [Skeleton Necromancer] ?))

"Yes."

((Confirmed. Unit [Bones] Job advancement complete. Skill updated.))

Summoning the skeleton, a larger cocoon of eerie grey light appeared, from which emerged the figure of of a slightly taller and bulkier skeleton.

That was as far as the physical changes went. As for the magical changes, however…

"Four new skills. 'Death Magic', 'Curse Magic', 'Raise Undead', and 'Undead Leader'."

The first two skills corresponded to two entire systems of magic, which Echo decided to learn when he had excess Skill Points, whenever that happens.

'Raise Undead' uses corpses, or other materials, to quite literally make undead creatures such as zombies and skeletons 'rise'. The number increases with skill level and tier, as the percentage bonus for all other skills does, so 1 undead at tier 1 level 1, 100 at tier 1 level max, 10 at tier 2 level 1, 1,000 at tier 2 level max, and so on.

As for 'Undead Leader'…

"A percentage increase in stats of all Undead under it. It's like a specialised version of 'Strategic Combat Mastery'."

Echo couldn't help but chuckle as he thought of the bony skeleton commanding hundreds, thousands, tens of thousands, even millions and billions of skeletons, zombies, wraiths, spirits, and many, many more.

"I'll grant you access to my Inventory. I don't care if you use up all the materials in there, just give me an army."

The skeleton cackled as its ghastly eyes danced in joy, before it 'disappeared' with a sonic boom, rearing to make its master's words come true.

"Now for the next one…"

Tapping the second unit in his 'Legion', the first option which appeared before Echo was face selection.

"Humans, Skeletons, and Parasites? So it includes all the races I encountered since getting the skill?"

Pondering for a moment, Echo decided not to summon a parasite. Or a human.

"Skeleton it is, then."

Learning the 'Undead Leader' skill was currently unnecessary, but if he did learn it in the future, it would be of much greater use for him to have his army full of undead alone.

((Race selection confirmed…please select Job.))

Looking at the list of Jobs, Echo thought for a moment before selecting the one that would be most useful to him at the moment.

((Confirm selection of Job [Skeleton Gunner] ?))

"Yes."

Of course, it wasn't over with just that, as a moment later, the newest member of the Legion, whom Echo decided to name 'Deadshot', pun intended, reached the max level of the 'Skeleton Gunner' Job.

((Please select next Job.))

"Well, isn't that convenient."

With a chuckle, he selected another Job related to guns and shooting.

((Confirm selection of Job [Skeleton Gunslinger] ?))

"Yes."

Summoning his newest unit, a skeleton similar to Bones appeared before him.

"I only used these for a short amount of time…sigh."

Shaking his head, he 'equipped' the skeleton with his two guns, Jackal and Casull.

"Go and start a slaughter."

Receiving his order, as well as the 'Exist' order which instantly doubled its stats, the skeleton used its 'Magic Ammo' skill to load the two guns before disappearing, leaving only two skeletal footsteps on the apartment rooftop.

"What skills do you have…oh, quite good ones."

Looking at the eight skills of his newest summon, Echo nodded in satisfaction.

'Gun Mastery', 'Magic Ammo', 'Aiming', 'Reload', 'Shooting', 'Bullet Enhancement', 'Eagle Eye', and 'GunFu'.

The skills were self explanatory, with 'Magic Ammo' creating the perfect ammo for any firearm using MP, 'Bullet Enhancement' enhancing the ammo to have additional effects like 'rebound', 'penetration', 'explosion', etc… using MP, 'Eagle Eye' enhancing the vision, and 'GunFu' being a skill which involves using guns in close combat as well as mid and long ranged combat.

"'Eagle Eye' and 'Magic Ammo' and most others are useless to me, but 'Bullet Enhancement' sounds pretty good."

Though he doubted he'd be using guns anytime soon. After all, while powerful, guns made too much noise, unlike his bow and arrow which could kill silently.

"Hm? They're waking up."

His eyes flashed gold as he 'looked' at the earliest riser, unsurprisingly the purple haired swords woman, and shrugged.

"I have one last thing to do…"

Opening his 'Quests' window, he looked at the scavenging quest that he had completed.

"Report."

((Calculating quest results…complete. Rewards issued.))

((Obtained [Lottery Ticket]*7.))

"Almost 600 tonnes of rubble, and tens of tonnes of food and water and what not for 7 lottery tickets. Oh well."

He was lucky he had a hundred super powered skeletons running along, he thought, as he looked at the 7 Lottery Tickets in his inventory.

((Use?))

"Yes."

The next moment, seven screens appear before him, and begin spinning.

((Obtained Item [Incubator].))

((Obtained Item [Ever-bright Torch].))

((Obtained Item [Pokeball].))

((Obtained Item [Pokeball].))

((Obtained Function [Jobs].))

((Obtained Item [Goblin Slayer : Complete Set].))

((Obtained Item [Evil Pieces : Complete Set].))

"Ah! Finally…"

Echo grinned as he looked at the last item.

"It includes a King Piece…I'll have to modify it a little to make sure it doesn't blow up the user, but I guess I got Rhi's gift."

His grin widened as he decided to learn the 'Crafting' and 'Runes' skills next. He currently didn't need Skill Points that desperately, especially considering 'Focus(III)' let him level up even as a level 200+ killing level 5 mobs. It was quite literally merely a matter of minutes before he,

((Levelled up!))

"Oh? Looks like those two started their slaughter."

Echo grinned maniacally as he looked at his EXP increase. Only a matter of minutes indeed, before he gets his next Skill Point.

"I wonder if I can go up to level 1,000 before I leave this world? Probably not…or can I?"

Shaking his head at the thought, Echo chuckled before looking back at the prompts.

"As for the rest…"

((Activate Function [Jobs] ?))

"Yes."

((Confirmed…activation complete. [Gamer] can now access unique Jobs.))

"Something new appeared again…", He muttered to himself as his [Game] took another different path compared to the original [Gamer] System. Then again, the original didn't even have something like 'Jobs'.

"Unique Jobs is it…"

Using his max level tier 2 'Clairvoyance', a window showing the description appeared before him.

. . . . . .

[Unique Jobs]

— Jobs that are unique to the world they are in. Accessing these Jobs not only requires the [Gamer] to be in their world of origin, but also requires certain special catalysts (disappear upon use). Unique Jobs allow the [Gamer] to learn 1 Unique Skill upon reaching Max level of the Job.

[Available Unique Jobs]

— Low Class Devil (Catalyst +) (World (+)-)

— Low Class Fallen Angel (Catalyst +) (World (+)-)

— Low Class Angel (Catalyst +) (World (+)-)

— Low Class Nephilim (Catalyst +) (World (+)-)

— Sacred Gear User (Catalyst -) (World (+)-)

— Wizard (Catalyst +) (World -)

— Pokémon Trainer (Catalyst +) (World -)

. . . . . .

Echo's eyes flashed as he looked at his Inventory.

"So the 'Evil Pieces', which I can probably replace with the blood of a low class devil, and the feathers from Mom's and Sis' wings are catalysts for the first four Jobs…as for 'Wizard', the Elder Wand from Harry Potter? And the Pokémon Eggs I have should be the catalyst for the 'Pokémon Trainer' Job…"

As for the '+' and '-' signs, Echo figured the '+' meant it was available, the '-' meant it wasn't available, and the '(+)-' meant it could be made available, since he wasn't in his original world yet could go there anytime he wants to.

Speaking of Pokémon Eggs, Echo looked at the two eggs he had and brought out the 'Magic Containment Gem' he got from the Lottery a while ago.

. . . . . .

[Magic Containment Gem]

Type : Item / Prop

Description : A gem which can preserve imbued mana within it.

Current Capacity : 0/1,000,000,000

. . . . . .

Putting the gem in his pocket, he used one of his thoughts to direct his mana into it, just enough to be in balance with his MP Recovery.

"Really now…no matter what, higher MP and MP Recovery will always benefit me."

Shaking his head with a chuckle, he recalled his plan which, if it worked, would give his family quite the surprise.

"Well, it's still far away for now."

Looking back at his Quest list, only a few Quests were still there.

"Gathering 20 survivors…finding and destroying the source of the apocalypse…making the group understand the cruelty of an apocalyptic world…and fortifying the 'base' for a future zombie attack."

Speaking of, Echo suddenly realised he hadn't even used his 'Base' Function yet.

"*sigh*…there's so much to do and so little time to do it…"

With a strange chuckle, he disappeared, reappearing in the room he chose to be his in the apartment.

((Activate Function [Base]?))

"Yes."

((Confirmed…would you like to set this building as your base?))

Looking at the map that appeared before him, showing the entirety of Rika's apartment, Echo shook his head.

"No, I want to set this place as a Colony."

His 'Base' would of course be his house in his original world.

((Confirmed…colony preparation complete.))

"That's it? There's no…"

Before he could even finish his sentence, a HUMONGOUS list of details appears before him.

From the number of doors in the apartment to the furniture, and number of tiles, the material, the strength of the foundation, the size of the pillars…

"Wow, I mean, System, my dear [Game], can't you, like, simplify all this?"

As if responding to his words, the huge list which was constantly expanding froze before disappearing, and a much simpler window appeared in its place.

"Couldn't you have done that in the beginning…"

. . . . . .

Looking at the window, Echo sighed lightly.

"So much work to do, and so many resources to gather…"

Luckily for him, the [Game] the resources like concrete didn't need to be new. Even old and used ones mixed in with the rubble could be used.

But looking at the amounts of sand, rocks, iron, concrete, water, steel, glass, plastic, etc… required for just the repairs alone…

"Bones, scrap away all my previous orders. You only have 1 mission, wherever you and your army walks, not even a Lego block should be left behind. Shove them all into my Inventory."

'***' (Bones)

He nodded in satisfaction at his undead necromancer's response, the bony skeleton already having gone up to level 31, his skills rising in level with him making his 'army' of undead consist of 31 'Skeletons' each the same level as him with all stats starting at 1 and rising at the rate of 1 per level, except for Charm which remained at 0.

Poor skeletons, even the [Game] discriminated against them.

'Exist.'

Of course, Echo didn't forget to give them his usual order, making their stats double instantly.

*knock* *knock*

Just then, the door to Echo's room was knocked, making him come out of his thoughts as he walked forward to open it.

"Hero-kun, come over for breakfast~~!"

Looking at the bubble blonde giving him a bright smile, he only shook his head as he followed.

"Take a bath nurse. You stink of alcohol."

"Eh!? Really!??! No way!"

Shizuka widened her eyes as she smelled herself, and her nose wrinkled.

"Ugh! I really do smell!"

"Of course you do.", Echo muttered as he walked towards his 'troops'.
