Each realm has 3 stages, Initial, Half-step, and Full-step.

The Body Purification Stage: when you purify your body and becomes stronger.

Mind cleaning stage: When you clean out your mind and focus on your main desire.

Soul Maturity Stage: When untemperedthe soul is immature but when matured it becomes extremely powerful, but most people dont pass this stage as the pain is unbearable for most people.

Sky shattering realm: When your body breaks it's limitations.

Earth Destroying realm: When you break your minds limits and bring it to your body to get stronger.

Heavenly Soul: When your soul matures it lives in its own heaven so when you reach the Heavenly soul realm you gain access to this form.

Dao Finding realm: When you find and reach a certain degree in your desire you will find your dao but it is extremely fragile and can shatter easily and cannot be reformed.

Immortal God: Once someone finds their dao they become an immortal god because they have an unlimited life span.

Achilles heel core realm: Those who reach this level are pretty much invincible except for their core that once hit they die.
