Shocking News? Not really.

Walking while reading books, the first thing he saw when he reaches the school entrance is Ryan standing at the front gate. He was about to continue walking and ignore the guy but Ryan pulls his uniform. "Have you seen Mark?" Leon lifts his eyebrow and thinks for a while. If he remembers it correctly, Mark always arrives earlier to school than them. If Ryan asks him that question, that means Mark is not going to school today or he's running late.

"Did you heard the CEO of that popular clothes brand company? I heard she's dead."

"Her family has been trying to keep her alive and they don't even tell us what makes her sick. What's the name again?"

"I think her name was Amber Loraine?"

Looking at each other, Ryan and Leon check the news using their phone. They saw a picture of Mark standing near a woman's body in the hospital. Before Ryan could say another word, his phone rings and without hesitation, he answers it. Leon stands there waiting for the guy to finish talking on his phone. Ryan ends the call and looks at Leon.

"Um...turns out I'm his cousin or something so I have to attend the funeral after school."

"Forget about that, look at you talk more than three words in one go."

Taking a deep breath, Ryan hits Leon's head before the bell rings. They walk the opposite way and waits until the school ends. Walking out alone as always, Leon saw Ryan running out from the school grounds. "So like, imagine I'm their uncle or something, hah." He walks back to his home and watches the news. He orders some pizza and not too long after that, he saw Ryan's and Mark's faces on the news.

"Fun." He heard a knock and open the door. "Huh? Leon! I don't know you lived here!" With speed, he takes his pizza and pays the girl. "Sorry, Sylvia I need to watch the news. Bye!" He closed the door and heard whining from outside. He sat down and watch the news in silence.

"How did she get sick and what kind of sickness she suffered from?"

"Could you not? This is a funeral." An adult who's standing next to Ryan shoved the reporter aside. Ryan helps them and went to Mark. "Currently, we can't get near the son so we will come back later. Back to the studio." Leon stared at the television and switch it off. "Reporter doing their job. SUCKS!"

He walks to his parent's room and checks the bookshelf. "Let see...Fashion company..." His hands brush against the books and he finally stops and picks a book. "Got you." Without any words, he left the room and went to his own room. "Let see about the family~"

The next day, everyone didn't expect Mark to attend school but there he is, eating his bread while laying down on a bench in the school garden. His company, Ryan currently tried to solve his homework but fail miserably. Leon ignored them and went to his class. He saw Sylvia sitting at his place and decide it's better to just spend time with the other boy than her.

Making his way back to the garden, he saw Ryan and Mark fighting about the homework. All he could do is just stand there watching them fighting using their own IQ. He swear those questions are easy and could be solved in 30 second because they learn them in elementary school.

"What do you mean a store gave 13% discounts for clothes that originally cost 45 dollars makes the prize 1 dollar left?!"

"I don't know. That's the answer I got."

"It's 5-"

Regretting his decision, he turns his body but then Ryan pulled his shirt. "Tell him my answer is right." Mark helps Leon by pulling Ryan's hand away from Leon. "No! Your answer is wrong." Leon sat down near Ryan and look at the homework. He pulls out a pencil from his bag and starts writing in silence.

Sounds of bell ringing stopping the two fight and they quickly panic. "I haven't touched my homework!" "And mine isn't done!!" A sigh escapes from Leon's mouth as he shoves the books to Ryan's chest. "There. Good day idiots." Ryan checked his book and throw Mark's book to his face while admiring Leon's talent at copying his handwriting and finishing the homework.

"HE DID OUR HOMEWORK!"

Right after entering the class, Class A's teacher entered and hold up a novel. "Okay, for homework. A presentation. I want you to explain your favorite book and how the stories go. I want you to do it in pair. Make sure you write every detail about your stories." In a flash, a hand went up and the teacher sigh at him. "No Leon. You can't work alone."

"I can work with him!"

"What no! Sylvia, you're with me!"

"Robin. You with him."

He didn't have any choice but to work with this Robin. They spend their time sitting in silence while the others start doing their discussion. "Okay, Leon. I'll do the slides. You...can do the talking for presentation." Leon felt he's doing little work but since it's the only thing they could discuss, he agrees instantly. "I'll give you what our topic is going to be tomorrow."

"Eh? But the presentation is tomorrow. You should give it to me tonight so that I can prepare for the talking-"

"Yeah. I'll give you a script. Just say what I write."

A sigh escapes his mouth but he doesn't have any mood to argue. "Good then. I'll go back to my seat." The class ended and Leon stared at the guy silently. Sylvia who's looking at Leon follows his eyes and saw him looking at his project partner. "Don't tell me you swing that way." Leon turns his head to faced Sylvia with a disgusted face.

"What? No. I'm just thinking."

"Oh okay."

The school ended and Leon left the school. He saw Ryan who's walking with annoyed Mark. Someone bumped into him and he felt a hand in his jacket pocket. The person runs immediately and Leon stares at the running figure. Mark look behind and saw what happen. He smirks and stops in front of his house.

"Say, Ryan. Have you hurt someone before?"

"Um....well...Physically or mentally? "

Mark blinked and laugh slowly. "So it's a yes to one of them?" Ryan coughs and looks away. "Interesting." Mark remove his bag from his shoulder and search for something until he found it and pulled out a paper. He gave it to Ryan with a smile appear on his face.

"Let's play a game!"

"Sure?"

"Level, easy. Target, animals. In 365 days, you have to kill it and win a prize! Are you ready?"
