-jhon: "kai I'm home"

Kai excitedly jumped into his father's arms and hugged him.

-kai: "fatheeeeer I missed you"

-jhon: "I miss you too son, how was school today?"

-kai: "not good"

-jhon: "why? You got into another fight?"

-kai: "yea with a bunch of bullies"

-jhon: "oh so you're a hero now"

-kai: "no they punished me instead of them"

He sighed and said with a tired tone of voice

"I really hate this school"

-jhon: "it's okay kai you're graduating middle school this year, you'll meet a lot of cool people like you in highschool.."

-kai: "you think so?"

-jhon: "of course I do! Uncle Matthew is taking you under the highschool he owns, it's so big and cool, he says that you're so smart and needs you to be there"

-kai: "uncle Matthew is the coolest I'm so excited!!"

-shiley: "honeyyyy! Kaaaai! The dinner is ready"

-jhon: "we're coming!"

After having dinner and some family time, jhon and shiley were getting ready to go to bed after putting Kai in his, but hearing the doorbell made them all nervous because it was too late.

-shiley: "it's 2am who could it be?"

-jhon: "i dont know stay there, watch over kai.. shiley I'll be back soon"

-shiley: "okay stay safe we're waiting for you..

(I have a bad feeling about this.. could it be..?)"

Jhon kissed her forehead and went down from their bedroom to the first floor to open the door.

-jhon: "yes what do you want neithin? Or should I say Walker's dog?"

-neithen: "you know what we want sir.. step out for a second let's settle that down"

Jhon wore his jacket and left the house with neithen as shiley was eavesdropping on their conversation from upstairs.

-shiley: "Neithen?? This isn't good why at this hour..?"

*outside*

-neithen: "get in the car mr. smith we won't hurt you, we just want to get to a solution that satisfies both of the sides"

Jhon stared at neithen for a moment then got inside the car.. and as soon as he did neithen drove off.

-neithin: "how is your son sir?"

-jhon: "be a man and don't drag my family into this.. cut to the chase already"

-neithin: "aight.. sir we're here to offer some good amounts of money for the evidences that you have.. exposing mr WALKER won't guarantee your son a good life"

-jhon: "hahahha, money?? Do you think I care about that??? I told him already, a lot of people died because of his poor quality buildings!! I won't stay quiet..

I was his partner but I never knew he'd take half of the budget's money and buy poor quality construction tools! I'll never let that go,

tell him this is the last time he dares to shut me out with money"

-neithin: "okay.. seems like I have to deal with this the hard way"

That was all what neithen said before he stopped the car and went out of it locking jhon inside.

-jhon: "what? What's happening where are you going"

he kept trying to open the car's door but it didn't open.

"damn nothing works it's locked, what is he going to do?? No one is around here.. Should I call the police? Another game of his, i'm sure it is"

Jhon took out his phone and tried to dial the police number but he couldn't see because of some strong light that was blinding him suddenly.

"God I can't see a thing what's this light all of a sudden!?"

The moment Jhon lifted up his head he couldn't see a thing but a truck with its front light turned on coming toward him and the car got crushed.

#5am at kai's house#

-shiley: "it has been 3 hours already.. where is he at?? My heart's telling me something has gone wrong, hufffff where are you jhon? Where?"

While she was lost in her own thoughts and concerns, shiley heard the doorbell so she rushed to open it thinking it'd be her husband.

"it must be jhon.. honey I..."

It wasn't her husband though, it was a police officer who confronted her with the shocking news once she opened the door

"Goodmorning ma'am we have some bad news for you, your husband mr jhon smith has died in a car accident"

-shiley: "accident? Jhon died?? Wait he was with.. It was no accident it was.."

Shiley saw neithen standing up behind the officer what made her swallow her words in fear.

"thanks to this guy.. he reported the accident.. he was with your husband last night, the moment he stepped out of the car to buy some drinks a truck appeared before the car and crushed it, it was an accident,

The truck's owner made his statement..

he was converted to the temporary imprisonment until the court session.. the court will see through it and make it up for you and your son without oppressing the man since it was a mistake, we will bring you your husband's body from the hospital this noon for the funeral rituals. may god have mercy on his soul.. I'm sorry for your loss,

She shut the door closed in their faces and kneeled supporting her body weight by leaning on the door.

"I.. can't believe.. jhon died he left us.. he left me and kai alone in this... walker won't leave us alone, how am I going to raise him?? I can't believe they killed him and made all this story up as if it was nothing!!! How heartless.. HOW DARE YOU TAKE MY JHON AWAY FROM ME!! HOW DARE YOU TAKE HIM, YOU DEMON!.. he was going to pay for it one day, why did you do that why did you trouble yourself.. jhon!"

Hearing his mom crying and sobbing kai walked down to her.

-kai: "mom are you alright?? Why are you crying??"

-shiley: "I'm not.. your dad.. your dad, my beloved husband left us.. he died in a car accident"

-kai: "died? My father? Mother are you joking? You must be!"

-shiley: "I'm not.. im not"
