Frankly I will never understand why the one who has Sukuna's powers always has to be a villain, literally just by reading the synopsis you can't be considered an anti-hero if what you do is pure evil without reason, it's simply a villain without qualms and having loved ones to protect doesn't make it good, because if he really cared about them then you wouldn't turn everyone against you by doing what you do, because by doing so you're also putting them in danger. And even more so when you're super strong and you can earn the same respect and fear of your enemies and a lot of money being a hero or anything else that doesn't involve harming people for no reason. And finally his loved ones are probably screwed in the head when someone appears and you don't know if he will kill you from behind, because if he is capable of indiscriminately killing others, then why wouldn't he do it to you? It's impossible to trust a person like that unless you're a total idiot.
