8 Chapter 8

When Thomas was changing to go to sleep, he feels a sharp pain in his side

*inhales air* "how is possible that I didn't notice this before?"

He hissed in pain when he touched his bruise, he closes his eyes to remember the moment the gang tried to assault him, the embarrassment when Supergirl and Batgirl saw him in that way, it wasn't the fact that they were two gorgeous women, it hurt his own pride as man, the shame that he couldn't do anything.

Thomas clench his fist whit so much force that his knuckles were white

"That's it, fuck it! I am going to uncle Howard library right now and copy every book there right now!"

He dresses again, sneaks out his room silently with extreme care when he passed his parent's room, he suddenly heard a sound of flesh against flesh like claps

*clap*

"Tell me! Tell me your secret!"

*clap* "No! *moan* nono! It's a secret!"

*clap* "Oh yeah? Take this!!!"

Thomas continued his way toward the library without any problems or encounter

In there, he started to copy the books, where he left it before, in ⅔ of the library the books he copy were about history, geography, fantasy books, surprisingly some of the book, was about sex, kama sutra, at the final ⅓ Thomas found what he was looking for the personal section of grand-aunt, Anna.

Aunt Anna was a respected policewoman, she was one of the few honest police in Gotham, she liked to fight the crime, arrest them with force is necessary, sometimes she had encounters with a thief that was a martial artist, she had it pretty rough, she come back to learn how to fight back and beat them until they cannot harm anybody else.

"This is perfect, I bet that with this I can form a heavenly book" he immediately went to copy all the rest of the books.

Thomas sits in a comfortable position to enter in his heavenly library, when he is inside he sent a mental command to compile all the books he found in this section.

The results of thousands of books were two golden heavenly books. He started to read the first book in his cover a 氣 symbol.

In the first chapter that was named The First Step, in the first step, one has to circulate the ki in the whole body with the help of a specific breathing technique that the person practicing has breath in a certain way and rhythm, this will help to accumulate the ki in the ki-center or dantian and then distribute equally in the whole body, that is if one wanted to activate the ki by oneself through pure training or one can a little help from a friend ki master. This step includes applying circulation and distribution techniques, with the heavenly book the circulation and distribution techniques that are perfect.

The Ki follows a natural flow throughout the body is important to the body's composition for the appropriate function of the body.

An irregular or blocked natural flow can affect the function of the body and cause health problems, for example, a blockage. The blockage causes an unbalanced state and, if not healed, the person cannot control the Ki properly and thus is unable to use martial arts while has health problems at the same time.

The natural flow consists of more than one flow of Ki and, more accurately, three different flows, that is for the normal people, for someone with the heaven path, one can have many flows as the user wants it, of course, to achieve that one has to go through a hell level training.

The third chapter: The Third Step, the third step involves exerting the Ki to enhance the body's functions and movements. aka the martial arts, this chapter isn't very big, it only tells you some distributions technique and the rest lies in the user, every user is unique and has is own way to use ki, there come to the different styles of martial arts and its different ways. There is one final answer, Thomas needs more books.

After the individual reaches the third step then the three steps are still done simultaneously in a pre-organised training program.

The fourth chapter: The fourth and final step of the training focuses on surpassing the body's potential. It is also called the highest level of training. An individual widens his bloodstream which has, as a result, the further increase of the Ki amounts and the size of the Ki-center.

The size of the Ki-center is the same for every person but as the individual trains in the ways of the Ki and increases its amount then the size of the Ki-center will increase as well. The bigger the Ki-center and the amounts of Ki, the stronger the individual is.

Thomas immediately went to meditate like the book said, the breathing, the little noises that one has to do with an empty mind, these weren't so easy like the book said, but slowly but surely he was getting the hang of it.

It took him four hours to start to feel something warm in his stomach, it was a weird feeling

'i guess that that is the ki, let's see what happen when you apply it the distribution and circulation technique' he didn't realize that someone normal it takes them around 6 months to start to FEEL the ki, we are not even talking about using a technique to circulate it.

Thomas started to imagine a river flow going in certain ways, divide itself and in the end comes back at the same place, his dantian/ki-center, he repeated this process two times, he tried to do it one more time but he started to feel a sharp pain in his meridians and has to stop the process

"Fuck, it seems that doesn't matter if you have the technique to make your flow of ki more heavier, if your body can't handle it you will only end hurting yourself, *sigh* it looks like my limit is 3 for the moment" He resumed his meditation again and he made himself sure to not pass his limit.

He never felt so good before, so full of energy, so revitalized that he felt that he could do anything, he looked toward the clock on the wall, it was 5:30 am.

"Ok, let's start to do some training" When he was near his room, his parents were still at it "*whistle* talk about stubbornness"

*clap* "tell me!" *clap*

"nooooOoOOOoo!!"

After he goes to his room, changed into a sports gear, prepare weighs for his ankles and wrists, he goes outside.

"I guess that i could to exercise my body and practice some execution in distributing the ki into the rest of my body to enhance it"

He started to run in the streets, when he heated up his body from running. He stopped running to concentrate on his ki, he distributed into his legs

"let's see if this works..." he went into running position "huff huff c'mon, don't be a pussy right now!"

Then Thomas started to run with all his might, he didn't realize that he put too much ki in his legs and feet in his first time when he practically has no control over it. The result?

*CLANG*

He crashed into a lamp post with his face "Fuck!" with a new red mark in his forehead and shaky legs he gets up and started to jog again, this time testing his ki with his fists, for safety measures he uses as little as possible.

When he gets a little used to using his ki, he distributes ki into his legs again, this time he got it right, his speed goes up some levels. He quickly arrived at the park again, Thomas started to do some workouts, jumping jacks, push-ups, sits ups, side bridges (both sides), bicycle crunches, burpees, of course, that he stretched before and after the workout.

Then he did a shadow boxing using his ki, he was getting better in his use following the steps in the heavenly library. His ki center was halfway full, he stopped to meditate so he can recover his stamina and used ki.

After he recuperates the energies lost he stand up, stretch himself he starts to jog toward his home again, in his way Thomas see a fight in an alley, thugs from the penguin gang vs a boy in green, red and yellow suit with a black/yellow cape

'is that Robin? Meh, who cares? If he is not a hot girl, he doesn't deserve my attention' he started to run again exercising his shadow boxing with ki at the same time without a care about anything not even noticing that Robin was being watched by Batman and that his performance caught his attention...
