Cultivator: While most cultivation stories are obsessed with physical violence and martial arts I prefer the ones that suggest there are countless paths which may lead to the peak because this allows the cultivation to improve whatever Talia specializes in, rather than just making her a better combatant. Every X levels, in addition to adding cultivation, may also include something like dao of ________, could offer knowledge/power over things like formations, crafting, elements, illusions, spacetime, and pretty much anything else, if you want to throw in something random/seemingly useless you could give the dao of cheese or some other food. At the peak, any dao offers conceptual level manipulation of whatever its _______ is, so I'd set all daos to have something like 10,000+ levels and just be a new category that levels get added into, she can also maybe develop them herself through compression or however cultivation is supposed to work. Crafter/Artificer: Levels improve the ability to design and produce armor, weapons, tech, enchantments, crafts, and any other category of artifact. Every X levels gives designs, materials, or both, which are perfectly suited to Talia and her mates. Alternatively, every X levels gives a crafting method from a different universe.
how about the class devil fruit user from one piece where every oh so many levels she would gain a choice between the three main types of devil fruits then she will gain a random devil fruit of said type or shinobi from Naruto with random bloodlines as rewards every oh so many levels or chi wizard from Jackie Chan adventures where she can gain whatever you want from the series as rewards for reaching certain levels or power ranger from any of the power rangers series where she gains different zords for reaching certain levels.
I still liked to see as class the aritficer (D&D Eberon). They can basically build modernish stuff like air ships, trains and with the creation forges warforged (sentient golems basically) and all manner of magical itmes. While it is from a tabletop rpg, there are D&D movies, so not a total a*spull. Talia could gear her mates out.
