Well i just have to say this novel has got to be one of the best novel with such an awesome and intriguing start. Seriously i normally don't get hooked after just 2 chapter i always read the first 5-10 chaps but this novel got me hooked at 2 😮

I need a minute.... ok... so... I freaking love you... let's be clear on that. Man, I just love this chapter... it was so beautiful in such a twisted and gut wrenching way. The entire party set up felt off, it felt like there was a soft dissonance under the surface of all the smiles. Unsettling but not obvious.. then the reveal.. love it.. The transition of worlds was one of the smoothest visual descriptions I have read. Absolutely beautiful.

My heart is racing after this chapter. I am not sure if I will be able to live normally until I finish this book. It drew me in faster than anything I’ve read in a long time. The descriptions were beautiful and I could see them around me. I felt Sebastian’s depression, his loneliness. It’s a great start!

I see the hint of it being all within his head, but it was surprising that he was eating the cake by himself. It feels cool when you eat alone though. Good start.
