Cant you simple use the same spirits for each cast? Like Xiao Xue, liu pao wife. That has the Abyss Winged Draconic Falcon demon sporit. Just check the wiki for each demon spirit of each pers9n.

if your are gonna change build up an entire new action set based around the new spirits. like Nine Thunder Dapeng making ninger more of a bully. or zi getting a ghost type ice girl and playing soul attacks.
